Appko ee ferment karneki jaroorat nahi hai , app jab banana chahate hai thabi grind karsakthe hai , as its daal it wont stay good for long time in friz especially after adding veggies like tomato, onion etc . I hope this helps

Batter should not be too thick or too watery , it should be dosa batter consistency and also if you leave batter for some time after adding veggies like tomato , onion they also leave water based on that you can adjust water i hope this helps , thanks for watching

Chilla banane ke liye moong dal pehle se mixer kar ke store kar to chale ga ya jab banaa he usi time mixer me grind karna padeg?
