In BC, specifically Vancouver, there is a complete lack of basic understandings of lane hierarchies. It is especially bad, when you are on the 2 lane parts of HWY 1, where both semi trucks are taking up both lanes going the same speed.

That is one of the worst things man, I have seen literally kilometers of free lane in-front of two semi trucks battling the wind together.
