Excelente interpretación de un tema que Traspasa lo mas profundo de el sentimiento humano.Una obra maestra basada en música clásica barroca de Bach.❤❤❤❤❤
It's a lovely version , isn't it - and thank you for remembering Gary brooker in your comment .here is a 4 verse version - not a patch on this choir version , but we are quietly proud . Best Wishes . drive.google.com/file/d/1UZiULpExpwUGjEG6ceFAReAqVeDQfkRa/view
@@saltwithlove2269 Yes the version you posted was interesting and the art beautifully nostalgic-critical. Best of luck in future projects. How about doing a Moody Blues number?
@@gordonbryce thank you for your kind words . The thing with A Whiter Shade of Pale was I was setting up a jewellery project , and establising a global salt collection , and therein were many shades of white in the various salts in the collection > so , you can maybe see the Damascene moment with the song . Betsy Miller , our fellow Scot , spooked the bejaysus out of me also : Miller , salt etc . The original project was to record the first female coverof the 4 verse song , ut itsoon becameclear that no one - woman , man or even Procol Harum themselves (to the best of my knowledge) had recorded a full , 4 verse studio version , so we did so - we being some musician friends . You seem to be a well informed historian - I have just watched one of your videos , the Theodoric one , and thoroughly enjoyed your work , btw - thank you - so you will be aware of the importance of salt historically - salary etc . Anyway , Verse 4 really entranced me , and it all grew from there - the beauty of the first two lines i find extraordinary : If music be the food of love ... . Anyway , please friend request me , if you like - I can't find you . I would very much like to keep up with your history videos / Posts . Best Wishes . Here is The Tale of Salt - also available in Gaelic , btw - an ancient folk tale you probably know , rewritten by yours truly . .docs.google.com/document/d/11amtQ1Nitg99wHePwujw5f9StA8I3A4maCt9F80F0Y4/edit .facebook.com/The-Noteworthys-1898592116910759

Sorry guys. I love the original song. But I guess it is not meant to be sung by a choir.
Agree. Much too static.
