She doesn't have an accent in either language. Nur als Österreicher find ich ihr Deutsch komisch 😁LOL . Überhaupt nicht wie man es in Bayern ausspricht.😁

Tip for ie and ei when you see the two walking together the second one always does the talking so ie would make the e sound and the ei would make the i sound

Just an addition: As you rightly explained the tongue's position with the ü-sound is that of an "i" (with pursed lips). Equally the tongue's position with an ö-sound is that of an "e" (with the long ö as in "Töne") or that of an "ä" (with the short ö as in Köche)
You are a really great teacher Lina! Im just brushing up on my German from 15 years ago & you broke down things I had forgotten in a simple way! Vielen dank für ihre hilfe.
great tips Lina! I have used the pronunciation of the 2nd letter with ei and ie as well. Easy for us Aussie English speakers! My son goes to school in German and he had to learn which way to write it ei/ie for a test and I taught him something! I'm taking my Deutsch to the next level this year. It is time. Thanks for the videos.
Por si alguien habla español una buena técnica que encontré para el umlaut ö es poner los labios como si se fuera a decir o pero decir en vez una e dejando los labios en la posición de o, para la ü es lo mismo pero en vez de una e decimos una i.

Actually you are the best teacher, teaching the most important basics and making me laugh as well from your very accurate illustrations. It's fun am now geared up to learn German
For the French, German pronunciation is much easier than English pronunciation. I am French and I learned German, which I spoke perfectly in a few months, grammatically and lexically. But after decades of learning English, I’m not sure I know that idiom.
Interessant, dass du die Aussprache von furchtbar als fuichtbar beschreibst. Für mich als Ösi sehr interessant :D wir würden furchtbar auch mit r sprechen.
Lina, thank you, very well done. But one little thing (I'm a German teacher): The "ur" in furchtbar is not pronounced fu-i-chtbar, but rather with an "ä"-sound like in Bett, so fu-ä-chtbar.
Yeah I feel you idk but when I soak up lots of English I feel super fluent in the language but I bet if i stop listening the language or consuming it in general I'll feel super rusty again(i hate that feeling)

the "er" -> "a" and vowel+r+vowl becoming elongated vowels just made English being a germanic language make a lot of sense to me.
This came in handy for me Lina, I'm studying German at the moment and this kind of tip will help a lot in my learning. Ty

My opinion as a German (exaggerated): you need more water to pronounce the "ch" in Dutch or Schwizerdütsch ;-)
