Just boggles the mind to see all of these workers do this BACK-BREAKING work in all kinds of weather, day and night! I salute all of them!! I cannot imagine how hard it is to assemble these rides and then to disassemble them and do it again over and over at other locations. OMG!!! Thanks for sharing the video!
@@dcfairwi You are so right! When I was a teenager living in San Jose, CA., I remember the carnival company there looking for workers and the sign said "Long hours, willing to travel and low pay." Not sure if anyone would have been interested after seeing that sign. It should have also said about working hard. I had double hernia surgery over 10 years ago when I was almost 60 from all the heavy lifting I had done in my life and I wonder what toll on the body all this hard work does to these workers after doing it for many years. I would LOVE to hear their stories on this subject along with everything else about working in carnivals. I have always been fascinated by carnivals and the people who make them happen.
That ugly, horrible sound playing in the background ruins this otherwise interesting video. That's why I didn't finish watching it since I couldn't stand that awful sound.
