that's not oil, thats just crud. I've seen WAY worse. just drain it, fill it with distilled water, run it, drain it, then fill it will coolant. you'll be good to go.
You might fix it. But where was leak transmission cooler or head gasket of engine. Because I am also facing same kind of issue.
cooler hose inside built in beside the radiator not visible, but it mixes in the antifreeze reservoir.
check your antifreeze reservoir
