I see a lot of people complaining about the product. We’ll I believe it is optional. Only if you want to monitor it strictly. But by feeling it yourself I think you will still know the state of your body, maybe not as accurate but it will be close especially with how clear the explanation is in this video.

I’m so glad I found this channel. I’ve been fasting for 1 week now and am feeling the benefits already. I’m not getting the afternoon slump at my desk, my mind is more alert and I’m more productive. I’m also sleeping better. Thank you 💕

I’ve always had a terrible metabolism, with really extreme symptoms of carb burning including hypoglycaemic episodes. The only time I’ve experienced a stable metabolism was when I cut out sugar. I think I need to go back to that eating plan.

I recently read an article about Lumin via the MSN portal - not very positive.

I’ve read and heard a lot about cortisol being negatively impacted by IF especially in women. Can you talk a bit about your take on it?

I'm so tired of people flogging products on their channels. Will cancel subscription because of this.

I'm very sorry to hear that, Wayne! I will only ever recommend products that I use myself, and that I truly believe in. I wish you the best in health, and I hope you find what you're looking for elsewhere ❤

Thank you for another insightful video. Does this mean that if someone who suffers with sleeping problems but fasts 16:8 with a wholefoods, low carb diet would still struggle to lose weight because of slow metabolism due to insufficient sleep?

Hello i have been fasting for a couple of years now and I'm doing good I'm almost down 200 lb. Yes you I'm running into is on my Fitbit at night my resting heart rate is getting down close to 40bpm and when I'm sitting watching TV it sits around 48 bpm. Is there a way to increase my resting heart rate or is this nothing to worry about?

what is your suggestion of protein consumption during any meal. Pelz says never go beyond 30 gr as the rest is changed to glucose in the liver. 30 is about 3 bites for me. Comments welcome!

This is a great question, and more involved than I can tackle in a comment...which is why I'm planning to do another video that addresses this issue and other similar issues, because I've been hearing a lot of confusion on these topics, and unfortunately a lot of dogma is coming into things. But I'm on it, and will get back with more videos to clear things up!

but Lumen charges a fee each month to give you your daily results....for a Canadian such as my self, this can get rather expensive. Comments welcome!

It’s over priced $300 and a monthly fee…a new version of this device will come out by a different company for a better price in time…. They always do…Fitbit use to be exspensive

It's just data cool to have, but you don't need to succeed. Get lots of steps at low intensity, resistance training to build and keep muscle mass, eat all the protein at a moderate caloric deficit. Your body will know what to do.
