i'm just curious if u don't have a heart rate monitor or a smart watch that can rate ur pulse or smth like that. is there another solution that u can replace that "functionality"?
I have a very different perspective. The workouts can't be changed so it's 1 size for all. You can't create your own workout unless you pay the full price so the iFit workouts are useless to people in rehab, serious athletes, the elderly and the disabled. If you do pay, creating a workout can only be done on a computer, not the machine, and the process is difficult and time consuming. Workouts are also stored on a calendar. That means you need to remember the exact day it was created to make slight changes or create a new workout every single time you use the machine. A horrible system with pretty graphics is, well, horrible. ... Almost forgot. Your subscription auto-renews to a family subscription even if you had a personal subscription and they charge your credit card without telling you. This even happens with your initial "free" trial. It's predatory and it should be outlawed.

The video is based on my review (I was a former serious athlete) after using iFit for one year. My aim for the video is to help each individual find the right fitness app/membership and workout routine. As for their subscription billing system, we all need to be aware of how it works before signing up for free trials. All that being said, I hope you find something that is suited to your workout needs.
