- Two weeks after left anterior hip replacement surgery with our hip and knee specialist at OINT this patient couldn’t be happier! The patient had severe groin pain and had difficulty riding her motorcycle prior to surgery. She underwent total hip replacement though an anterior approach 3.5 inch incision. Surgery was performed with a spinal and a local block, avoiding general anesthesia and a breathing tube. The patient went home the same day as her surgery.
