Thank you so much! But I don't see any "Templates & Tabs" options under settings, nor any "Page Info" tab in the menu, etc. I have full admin access to this page. Is there a reason for this? Thanks, Isabella
Not sure if this is related but on the app I don’t seem to be able to share from my personal posts to my business page I don’t get any share option on my personal profile related to pages - is there something I have to switch on ?
Hello, my question is about creating a business page for my employer. He doesn't know his personal page password & not willing to let me try to "recover" it. So my question is, can I create his page on my account & add him as an admin? Or will that not have the desired effect of the business account connecting him with "his friends" & potential clients. It is a Construction Business btw.

However, I found like many of these social media How To videos it moves too fast and at Step 5 you don't show how you got to the Call To Action drop down menu ( it just appeared out of nowhere) . . . so 20 minutes later I still have no idea how to find that menu so I can add the button. Disappointing. . . . but thank you for making the effort.

hi Rajeev! You can still share the page without the vanity URL/username - it's just a little bit uglier looking :( And then, after your page has been active for a while the option should be available to you!
I added xyz as an example. I'm stuck on step one creating the page. I cant seem to get past it. I keep getting an invalid error no matter how many times I change it or re word the page name. (The name "xyz" is invalid. We have suggested "XyZ".) Any idea would be great as to how to get it to work. Thanks.
No matter what I do, I can't find any option for "Jobs." I created the page and followed all of the steps, but there is simply no option to actually add the job listing. I even looked into the tab settings to see if it was toggled off, but it wasn't even on the list to begin with. What should I do? This is super annoying!
ugh I have bad news for you: they got rid of that functionality in February of this year 😭 I guess they were finding that competing with LinkedIn wasn't worth their time? Or perhaps they've closed it while they revamp it?? Hmm! You want to create a profile or a page? If you can log into facebook you already have a profile, if you want to create a business page, the instructions are at 0:35 :)

hi Shirley! at 1:10 you can see the cursor click the camera button in the bottom right corner of the logo, or the "edit" button in the bottom right of the cover image. Does that help?

Don't worry, the info you want is at 3:37: click "add a button" in the top right, and choose your CTA from the list that appears.
I can NOT find the button to edit the FB header. It used to be there. Now it's gone.

Oh that is super irritating! It's a total glitch - unless your Page name is so common and popular that every single variation is already taken. :/
