Yes. But not as shocked at the price of Tigra from the set to build him. $215 on eBay!!! I could have bought her for $55 six months ago. I have the rest of the figures to build Nemesis already. That's what i get for procrastinating. Apparently Nemesis and the rare figures (Tigra/Beast) have shot up in price due to the Age of Apocalypse Legends series that came out recently
Also "J And" below has a point. You should do a video and include the Pitt series as well as some others. Pitt is by FAR the most expensive and also BEST BAF. I bought a full set of figures for $375 so I could build him. And (because I'm insane) bought out 3 more full sets from a guy on eBay...and I no longer have a wallet...it caught on fire and disintegrated :(
Seeing these figures makes me want to bash myself in the head for literally walking past them in store all those years ago and thinking "Nah, I'll never collect Legends."
Dude honestly with what they just did with the sentinel, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did fing fang foom at that scale either a little smaller or bigger. Like a mini go fund me on Hasbro pulse and it’ll have tiers and different rewards for it
From my shit-talking of your pronunciations of "PULP-teen," and "DOUGH-koo,' You've really become one of my favorite morning watches lately. Cheers, Matt! Keep up the great work, man.
I have see a lot of those BAF's here in Guatemala and the people is selling them really cheap, I didn't know that this was so exclusive and hard to get.
I really wish Hasbro would allow you to buy BAF parts direct from them for their older BAFs - I have been looking for the Fin Fang Foom right arm for years!
Had a feeling Rhino would be on here somewhere. Recently scanned ebay for his value and was surprised. Not selling him, just had an extra Silk figure from that wave I wanted to get rid of.
I bought Nemesis at a flea market here in Baltimore last year for $15...no bs...guy was selling mainly video games/systems and this was laying in a box full of figures that said $20 for any figure, he took $15...tbh I didn’t know he was worth much
just saw this tread now, surprised not only Pitt but Mojo and MODOK aren't on here. I still have the figures in packages sealed to build Sentinel, Apocalypse, Galactus, MODOK, MOJO and Onslaught along with the legendary rider series
I have all of these BAFs complete 2x sentinels, galactus, apocalypse, red hulk, comic and 1st movie thanos, ultron, 3 hulkbusters, sasquash, gladiator hulk, juggernaut, sugar man, super skrull, kingpin, smart hulk, warlock, onslaught, groot, ant man, titus and just added modok.
@@OgGuak420 that would be our luck. I got the SDCC ant man box set not too long ago, and even though I’m happy with the foot tall giant man, I would still like him to be even bigger. I want one that’s like half the size of Hazlab Galactus
I thought giant mam was gonna be the most expensive since that wave was a Walmart exclusive. The variant wolverine was the hardest to find in my area cause it came with the left hand to complete the bad and the regular one came with the right foot.
Figure value is over rated. Collect the figures that make you happy. Open them and have fun. Every grail will eventually be remade or reissued before most get a chance to actually enjoy them, because they will likely loose their value in the long run anyway
I have half of these, just added rhino and the blob to my collection. Fing fang is next on my list to get. The diamond select sandman is better than the baf and cheaper.
A little surprised at Nemises, mostly because I had forgotten about him. I think there was an issue with his head or helmet or something. Thats why I never really bothered with him. Now, the Toy Biz Giant Man, I have never in at least 2 years of looking found one for under $220. I honestly thought that he would be a little higher. You cant even find the pieces for under $25 apiece. Well, I cant.
The Apocalypse black variant BAF in my opinion is the hardest to come by.. The parts are really scarce.. Nonetheless, I subbed as I really enjoyed the video.. 🙂👍
I'd like to see smaller versions. They could use the Hydro Man buck with retooled arms for Sand Man. And a new Buck for Rino, to be more in line with the classic Rouges we've been getting.
not really.. he is also one of the most fragile BAF's. as his "cap" easily breaks off.. so having him complete with no damage is pretty hard.. hopefully hasbro will rerelease him..
The right leg and chest piece for Galactus is hard to find I have everything else so I really don't want to buy a full figure plus it's really fun just looking for the parts to put it together
Pitt is from the Legendary heroes line and was made by image comics. I honestly don’t know much about him or the line, but I’ll look at it as a future video
@@Nerdzoic The comic was published by Image, but Legendary Heroes was a line by Toybiz that had the same scale and quality as Marvel Legends. Legends without the Marvel, basically.
Hey Zach-thanks for the logo feedback. Wanted something that was more me. Regarding your Entertainment Earth question.... Great place, I’ve always had great dealings with them over the last 15 years.
Sometimes there is a BAF I want but its part of a set where I don't like all the characters or there is a set of characters I like that builds a Baf that I don't like. I have yet to see a set that I would want to get. It's frustrating. I personally think that instead of specific set that they should instead just add BAF pieces into various figures so its a bit more ala carte.
That's because Dragon Man is not a BAF, but was amazingly a regular figure (back in the good old Toybiz days, these days Hasbro would sell him as a super expensive $90 deluxe figure if they ever made him). Technically, he was not even a Marvel Legends figure, but a Fantastic Four Classics release.
I say collect whatever makes you happy. I have loads of Legends and Black Series but also have a couple Super 7 He-Man guys cause I watched it as a kid.

Yes extremely surprised , I was expecting The Pitt to be number one, even tho he's not a marvel legend . The detail is insane in that figure.
Seeing these figures makes me want to bash myself in the head for literally walking past them in store all those years ago and thinking "Nah, I'll never collect Legends."
Don’t be too hard on yourself Dan. I feel that way about certain lines too. Ya never know and might stumble on some at estate or yard sales.
A lot of these Toybiz and older hasbro BAFs could use a remake. I’d love to see a rerelease of Fin Fang Foom though.
I got the knock off and it’s amazing. Seriously. That being said it’s a gamble.

Nemesis only went up because it's so difficult to find one with an undamaged helmet.
Yep. I had one and that was the problem. Also it's an effin' terrible figure - can't believe it's in such high demand.
I only have one BAF figure and its Pitt it sad that its not that valuable but men ilove this figure the size muscle and looks damn
Dudes pitt is valuable. EBay PITT and price check him, he Worth way more than like 95% of these.
PITT is more valuable than all these Marvel BAF.

I really wish Hasbro would allow you to buy BAF parts direct from them for their older BAFs - I have been looking for the Fin Fang Foom right arm for years!
From what I remember the variance with price for nemesis is due to the difficulty with finding him without the broken hinges on his canopy.
Had a feeling Rhino would be on here somewhere. Recently scanned ebay for his value and was surprised. Not selling him, just had an extra Silk figure from that wave I wanted to get rid of.

Awesome Fabian. Glad you enjoyed the video.
@@Nerdzoic yeah man, also I followed on Instagram bro keep up the good work
Thank you so much for watching.
I have three BAFs. Endgame Hulk, Armored thanos, and infinity war thanos.
Due to skipping parts of both waves my only MCU Thanos has the armored head and torso but the more casual legs and arms.
Great list! We have 1/2 to 3/4 of so many BAF's, lol. Can't believe how expensive Blob and nemesis are.
Not surprised about nemesis/holocaust. Age of Apocalypse fans shell out for any part of that storyline they can get their hands on!
Yes I was shocked at Nemesis being #1, for me he's not that big a deal. For me it's either that early Galactus or sentinel fig.
Never knew they had a Nemesis Build a Figure
Actually the Sentinel only took six figures to build - Mystique and Omega Red came with the same lower torso piece
Did you know that the ultimate green goblin wave rn cost around 300-400$ to get all the figures with the pieces
Any chance on doing an updated version? It would be interesting to see the price swings.
