Hi Danielle, I watched this video a while back and you introduced me to the existence of Registered Behavior Technicians. After researching, I found an RBT job in my area and have been working as an RBT for seven months while studying for my nursing degree. I never would have discovered the profession without your channel. Thanks for the help!
Hi Raymond! Wow, this means so much! I’m glad you’ve found it and stuck with it! Of course you’re welcome, but thank you for coming back and updating me!!Best wishes as you continue on and pursue nursing as well!
VERY GOOD JOB AT SAYING UP FRONT EXACTLY WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM THIS VIDEO !!! SO MANY Other you tubers lie in THE TITLE. God bless you for being honest and helpful
Depending on where you want to go there are different jobs that will expose you to different roles, but you'll never know what those roles are really like until you're in them, I would say in the hospital you can try for phlebotomist, medical assistant, CNA, patient care tech. Some you have to do like a year long program some just require a few weeks.
Hey! So if you want something just for the summer I would rather recommend a volunteer position so that you're not committed to anything long term. I know its not paid and money might be something of importance but volunteering will get you a little bit of experience without having to worry about full time shifts. Or if you have a family friend in healthcare that you can shadow or work as a receptionist for that would be great too. These healthcare jobs are typically looking for people who can stay long term.
I am a pre med in freshman year. Do u think I have enough time to become a medical assistant and get some experience? I searched a lot to get a job of medical scribe but there is no position available for medical scribe job in my area (Michigan)...plz help me

Yes, I'm in a similar situation. I'm a junior and pre-PA. I just enrolled in a 5 month Medical Assistant program that starts in January. It's a little price for me ($2500) but I'll get to work in the field and gain PCE!
I have a question I've been a pre-med student for 8 months with 6 classes under my belt do you think this would be the best time for me to be a medical assistant or a CNA even though I don't know anything about nursing yet???

I know I am late in the comments, but psychology coincides with Teaching and Health Care careers ❗️❗️❗️
Psychology is healthcare

You can join a Medical lab program and be done in less than 20 months, great money. Look up MLT HT programs near you, some have online programs.
You look like a younger version of Lizzo. 💕
