Indeed. As long as they're allowed to do whatever they want and can get away with it legally and say it's not legally binding, they're gonna do it, which is one reason why no good person would want to work for someone that can be unfair at any second.
I find it interesting that corporations get around Constitutional rights because of their policy. Why is this not something that is asked more? I got a call from my bank threatening censorship recently.

My company. Which is a state organization, violated the policy, lied to the unemployment division ,which was then denied to me... and let me add this is a state civil job I had.. can someone help me. I pro se myself and lost my judicial appeal. But I know I was not in the wrong. Nobody where I live in the Pacific 808 state seems to be able or want to help me. I dont want the monies from winnings, I want to prove I'm right . My wife left me and my kids are struggling.
I recently received the settlement check from a car injury cash state of Missouri on the passenger but I cannot do nothing with this check we found ID my ID was in the car that I totaled the bad thing about the wreck is the case of homelessness it led to
