Put oil in a brand new, but how much? How do you know there is not oil already there? doesn't make sense to change drier filter, and expansion valve in a system so new. The old filter tells us everything, it's still good. no need to change it.

when temperature is over 100f my ac start acting up and it doesn’t blow cold air
As soon as temperature goes down to 85-80 it starts blow cold air

Did you suck the oil out? If not it will burst with oil all over when pulling out the high pressure pipe.

If you've recently gotten your service charged for AC can you just replace the expansion valve or do you have to recharge it again?
You have to recharge it every time you take an AC part off because the frown will come out once you replace any part
What is different between the compressor that have with or without auto climate control?
Has nothing to do with the compressor
Wish I saw this first. It's a totally different compressor, manual will not fit due to size dimension differences and one hose mount point is backwards. Also different plug and wiring. Cannot use!
