I put my Glock G43X in the safe and now carry my SIG P365. I've had it about a month put, probably 500 rounds through it, and have fallen in love. I still love my Glock, but I really enjoy my Sig.
I pocket carry mine. The only gripe I have is that the upswept heel of the grip rides high in my hand, getting in the way of the magazine when ejected. Since this part of what makes this little blaster so concealable, I can live with it. BTW, in addition to the 12rd mag mentioned, there are 15 and 17 round magazines as well--along with larger grip modules and slide assemblies. It can also be had without a thumb safety. A very modular, adaptable pistol!
Love my 365. It's my edc, but with every pistol, there are things that customers should check out at their local firearm dealer before you buy. I personally prefer the grip on my 365 to most other micros compacts I've handled, but that's just personal preference. The other thing to consider with handguns is the safety. My P365 has no safety at all. If carrying a gun with no safety, be sure to integrate a good stiff holster to guard the trigger or carry it with an empty chamber. I personally only carry one in the chamber when I'm in public, and I always carry in a high-quality holster.
ALWAYS carry one in the chamber! Always! Always have a full trigger guard that snaps, and or locks into place to protect the trigger. Don't worry about having a safety on your gun with a striker fire weapon. If you need your gun in an instant, you might forget about the safety in a stressful situation and it could cost you your life.
@@ACommenterOnRUclips When under pressure and stress in a bad situation you might panic. This could mean your life. A proper trigger guard will safeguard you from an accidental discharge. It's not worth having a gun NOT ready to fire.
@@FineEpicArt777 a proper trigger guard is irrelevant, guns have been known to go off when not even touching the trigger. Thats what accidental discharge is, a malfunction in the gun itself. You can say all you want, i will not have a round in the chamber while carrying, you can and enjoy it.
Great EDC! I wear cargo pants and carry my P365 with the 15 round mag in my front pocket, inside a holster. 16 rounds of 124grain HST plus P….what’s not to love? If I can’t fight myself out of a situation with this… it’s just time to cross the Jordan River.
I have a 365X with comp, red dot, and weaponlight and a basic XL; they are both amazing guns. I prefer the longer grip of these models. I have the mag guts magazine kit in each one for 14 rounds instead of 12. Then carry either the 15rd or 17rd mag as a backup. I feel like the 365 strikes the perfect ratio between concealment and a practical fighting gun.
10+1 and 17 rd extra mag is such a small package is hard to beat. I carry that over my 43x or 26 most of the time. Sometimes i carry an LCR 9mm when i want to go ultra light but the 365 is a great compromise. Best of both worlds imo
Its what I carry most because its size and capacity beats everything else for concealing especially in hot weather. The Tritium day/night sights glow is a comfort at night. Full grip with pinky extender so recoil management is no problem and for a small snappy micro compact the recoil is not that bad. Very accurate and reliable. Over 600 rounds of all kinds of ammo later its still flawless.
love the pistol, however a recent bad experience really disappointed me. used as a edc and the rose/gold coated areas all show corrosion and sig sauer will not cover it under warranty! very disappointing
This is my daily concealed carry and i love it! More comfortable for concealing than my S&W .38special because it's light weight and slender makes it perfect for women. Love that it holds 11rounds. My only complaint is the grip being so small for my big hands😅
The Sig P365 is the LAST gun I'll ever own. I waited my whole life to find a pistol like this and finally did. The ultimate CC that packs a great punch with 10 +1. That's ALL you need! I mixed hollow points together with FMJ's and used a mixture of all different ammos. Tossed them ALL up together and loaded my mags. The gun ate every single shot without one malfunction.
@@ACommenterOnRUclips the 12 round mag is shorter and gives your pinkie all the extra real estate your hand needs to get a full grip on the gun. I have big hands too but it's all personal preference.

@@ACommenterOnRUclips it's all personal preference! I have still enough real estate left for my pinky on my 12 round mag. I agree, it's nice to have the extra capacity but it's that first shot that really counts.
I got about a 1k rounds through mine, with just 1 fte and 1 failure to go into battery (which was likely me riding the slide)...reliable enough in my book. Stock grip with a Hogue sleeve, good to go, I love this pistol!
It's just the P365 base model, I own lost of handguns and lots of micro 9mm, this is by far the most accurate and pleasurable one of them all to shoot, comes with two 10 round mags but they have 12, 15, 17 round mags for it also, I can pockwt carry this with an Alabama holster or I carry inside the waist band with my black point leather wing holster, marry this gun with a weapon light and you got the best handgun for deep everyday conceal carry out there.
At first the mags are super super tight but once you leave them loaded for a couple days it loosens up. Mine were so tight at first I could barely do 6.
@MikeB-rd5ci yes. Stupid. I kept trying. I kept making excuses for them. They have perfect size, capacity, weight, and, for me, esthetics. But they haven't been reliable. Parts fail within a few hundred rounds. Their customer service has been hit or miss.
PSA Dagger Micro FTW. Sig guns are just overpriced mediocrity. Yes, their P365 and it's capacity and trigger are very desireable, but not at that price.
