My EDC carry rotation; 365X Macro Comp, 365X Spectre Comp and Ported, and a FN Reflex. No corrosion or failures of any kind on the Sig product. 4,000 rounds through the Macro Comp. 1,000 through the Spectre Comp. Both with zero failures of any kind. FN Relfex about five failure to eject out of 400 rounds using 115gr FMJ. Now shooting 124gr on all EDC no failures of any kind. Use "Prolix" CLP dry lube, goes on wet then drys. Prolix Xtra T wet lube on rails. Water proof and seals the surface so the carbon fouling want bond under heat! No rust, no rust, no rust from weather, body sweat, or finger prints. Try it if you don't want to spend cleaning your guns. Just dip and soak to watch the carbon fall off....
Thanks so much for the comment and telling me about that product. As my awesome P365 is getting specs of surface from neglect and daily use. You the man, appreciate ya alot. And been hearing great things about the FN's
@nyinfamous2k2 hello! It's the BlackHawk Holster! I got on sale from a website for $5. Completely right saying it's compact because I settled on this one! I tried the ever so popular we the people holster. And although the names awesome and they have a nice website layout, I found there's bulky and lacking design. So yes, I recommend the BlackHawk holster!
I have been carrying the X-Macro for some time now, but with the weather change I have been wanting to go get the smaller P365. Now that they have the updated trigger and they are optics ready I think I will. And yes, I run mine with a safety, retired Military, I like the safety.
I agree with the safety and choice. Cool man! Best of luck with that! Also for pure comfort perhaps even sacrificing a little function I bought 70 grain 9mm and it makes the mags way lighter. Not saying do that but trying to have the ultimate edc. Makes a huge diffrence when I toss in the 17 round mag too.
Nice gun. As a retired peace officer I do not like the manual safety. In most states you can get it without the manual safety so people have choice which is always good…
I own the exact SIG that he’s showing and I also own a comparable Smith & Wesson shield. The shield is a better gun, but it is a little bit heavier and slightly larger. It’s way more suitable and accurate than the SIG but the SIG is smaller and easier to carry. I guess I’d rather carry the zig, but I’d rather shoot the shield definitely a tossup!
That's all this video is about. I love Smith & Wesson and almost locally made for me. But do carry something you hopefully never need to use. Imma choose a P365. Anything else I'll feel. I have more then 700 days carrying a 365 with a couple days of other firearms and the sig blows stuff out of the water with capacity and small size. For a range day I'll choose alot of other things! 10+1 or 17+1 in a small 365 with 50 grain bullets and a black hawk holster is ultimate carry period.
love the pistol, however a recent bad experience really disappointed me. used as a edc and the rose/gold coated areas all show corrosion and sig sauer will not cover it under warranty! very disappointing
@davidjames3405 wow that's a really good point and a fact based on expierence I didn't know about. Maybe it's best to keep a edc simple and nice enough design wise but not care about cosmetics. My lady has the Rose but is always in the box. Even my black one has carry marks but I try not to care because it's just a reliable edc. I appreciate the wisdom tho!
365X comp and 365X Spectre are more accurate than my Hellcat and Reflex. Saying that I still might go back to a sub compact EDC. Just like the extra weight.
@@wheelierider455 Same here. Just a standard factory original P365. Manual safety on mine. I won't buy a striker pistol without a manual safety. Like you said its snappy because its a small pistol but its controllable and less than folks might think. I use a Kusiak IWB signature minimalist leather holster for mine. The leather is more comfortable than hard plastic. Its treated and form fitted for a tight fit and has stand alone retention. Stiff enough for reholstering and does not collapse. I also have the option of using a BugBite neoprene calf holster for it if I wear large pant legs. Been carrying mine for a two or three years now. Over 600 rounds of all kinds of ammo and still flawless and accurate. Nothing beats is size and capacity except maybe a Taurus GX4 but there is no manual safety version for the GX4.
@rbm6184 that's amazing and good point on the leather holster for even more comfort. I settled into my holster(the brand and design) but your set up makes sense too!
The comfortably part is key. For me it's comfort, round count and confidence. The Sig gives me all that, I'll sacrifice shooting comfort with my 3xl hands sense hopefully it spends most it's life on my hip. Also did 70 grain 9mm bullets for lightness carrying

I like the p365x better. that little bit of extra grip changes it for me
P365 for the daily carry win!! 😍💖
I believe so 🤷♂️ thank you!
What holster is the. Looks really compact. I have a few different holsters but none of them i really love.

Since EDC it, I've gotten more chicks looking my way, gotten a few numbers.. Never had it happen with Glock...

365 always great choice. It reliable without doubt. I do agree that p365x fits batter. Another option I say FN Reflex
@nicholasminiv been hearing great stuff about the FN!!
What holster and what was that thing it is was in?
BlackHawk, so far the nicest low profile, sturdy and adjustable I have ever had. Wearing it today with my P365 and can't even tell I'm wearing it.
the Hellcat is just as Good but you get one more round in it's smallest Mag
@@quoththeraven7 in the P365 or Hellcat? Which holds more? I'll have to look more into the hellcat

Is it snappy?
A little bit, my lady has a few of them and shoots them just fine! I'd say less then you'd expect. But still is!
@@wheelierider455 ok cool 😎 it's a good looking pistol
@nikolaileoj2311 very true! Highly recommended a new one with a manual safety. Solid, quality reliable piece for the money!

Good handgun and good good truck also. Bulldog Mack
