Hey Julie, something that works great to keep things from rolling...like your paint can...is putting a lint roller on each side! They stick and hold your item in place!
You totally need to re-brand yourself to “Julie’s MASTER Designs and Signs”! Julie, I cannot tell you how much I not only ENJOY your videos, but I LEARN from your videos! I am a school administrator, so a teacher by trade, and learning new things about creating and DIY-ing is my favorite side-hobby. You are so talented. And I started cackling when you nonchalantly called the one can a “sheepdog”. Hilarious! Thank you for blessing me and giving me a reason to turn off the world for a few minutes. Can’t wait to see what you do next!
Super cool....just a tip....to keep round items from rolling, put an adhesive lint roller on either side...keeps your objects from rolling off the table..lol
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CAN WITH THE RABBIT ON IT AND THE SMALL CAN YOU WHITE WASHED THAT YOU REALLY DIDN'T LIKE AS WELL AS THE RUSTED ONES, IS MY FAVORITE.......
I love birds & bunnies, but loved ALL of them :) The bunny looks like an actual crock-nobody would even know that was a paint can!! And I'm still amazed at how that Mineral color makes it look like concrete! And yes, I can tell that's a sheep-by the shape of his head :) Great, great tips. Would be a fun summer project to do with the granddaughters-make have to be on the lookout for old paint cans now. haha
I so enjoyed watching the experiments. They each had a different character. I think the rabbit with clay completely around the can was the biggest surprise to me. I liked them all including the sheep dog. Lol. Keep up the great work.
I love just hanging out with you and learning ideas from you ...I’m sure all the community feels this way.. never a dull moment with you so bring it on!!!!
I can't get over how many you made, and how beautiful they are. I think I should be paying to watch these. Wow. Fantastic. I think my favorite was the bird molds. And totally new to me. Who knew!!! You are sensational!
I love how you share your not how you want it to turn out. It helps me feel like I don’t have to do everything perfect. I love love all the designs. ESP the birds and LOVE can. Thank you❣️
Julie, I am from Louisiana. Denham Springs area. Would you believe I had a dream that we got lost riding around. We pulled up in a driveway to ask the people we saw outside where we were. You walked out and I said, "Hey, I know you!!" You said, "Well, you might as well get out and come in." LOL I can't even believe I remember that silly dream. It was so real and I hardly ever dream. It was too real. I figure one of your videos may have been playing in the background or something. Sometimes I fall asleep watching YT.
These look so good. I really wasn't sure how I was gonna like them. My fav fav favourite, was the bunny and rhe little rusty can with the bird. Just love the colour combo on the bunny. The little rusty bird would look so good anywhere...outside, inside with greenery on a shelf. Beautiful.

Omg. I thought your video where you built the boxes with old fence boards was my favorite. But now I think this one is! Lol. I actually loved the little sheep. But think it would pop more if you stamped over the impression with either gold or black ink (gold for French Country, black for farmhouse). But it's also wonderful as is. The bird molds are awesome! Thanks for sharing this!
I totally have saved my paint cans and my husband thought I was crazy for doing so. They've been sitting in the winter elements so I am looking forward to working on mine! Thanks for doing trial and error on these. Love how they look!!
