Here is my idea: It would be very useful if these drones are put in random places where survival is very difficult. Lets say a lost survivor finds it, enters it and flies home, to the hospital or to the closest safe civilization. I would call these "Emergency Escape Drones For Survivors".
I can easily see variations of this becoming a reality, like emergency rescues or something, but the 1-passenger model does seem too niche to be worth manufacturing.
