Well, we know that the Pharisees in the time of Jesus, who were in charge of the sacred records, had a version of the law of Moses that was quite different from when Jehovah originally gave it to Moses.
Jesus, who knew God will perfectly had no problem picking corn or healing on the Sabbath, as an example.
Do I believe all the writing of the Jews to be scripture?… well as long as it was written by a prophet of God, and its purity and truth have been preserved.

I believe Enoch was a righteous prophet. I also believe the writing of the ancient prophets have been altered or manipulated. So it’s important to read all ancient scripture in context of the writing of other scripture and prophets.
