My PrimaDonna S just came back from Delonghi for a repair.. Apparently they fitted a new infuser valve, 2 x solenoid valves, pump, damper and flow meter - and serviced it.. Switched it on and had the 'water circuit empty fill water circuit' error.. I tried hot water many times but it was just noisy and didn't pump out any water from the nozzle - but a good litre or so from underneath onto the worktop! :-( Couldn't face sending it off again so tried this - I really didn't expect it to work - but it did! Many thanks. By the way, the part you cleaned and called the distributor is actually the flow meter - that they supposedly replaced.

It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.

I get this error message on my delonghi eletta plus, however water does flow from the spout when I press OK. After 5 seconds the water stops and the error message appears again. Its stuck in this loop. Any suggestions?

My Eletta displays this error. It makes coffee, but the water spout will not dispense water. I checked the Water Circuit and water is in the circuit. I descale machine when prompted with DeLonghi descaler. Any suggestions?
To be honest in other country i dont know where to find the gasket that you need..but if your leaving here in saudi arabia or in my country philippines i could help.

I purchased a De'longhi dinamica plus last week. During the set up I am getting this error. The machine has never been used. The customer service team was completely useless. Do you recommend doin g this process on a new machine?
Sorry to hear that from you sir...the one you encountered is sometimes normal beacuse as you've said it was never been use, meaning the inside of the machine and the pump motor is totally dry. And with your concern "YES" absolutely you can do the steps on my video, just make sure the water you will use is filtered water.. 🙂

if there is no display on the monitor and the unit is not functioning, "maybe" the PCB is defective, better to bring it to an authorized service center.
That 'music' isn't background, it's intrusive. I'm not sure I can agree it's even music. I've watched 3 minutes and I can't stand it any longer. I'm going to look for another video. That's a pity as your content could be just what I need.

try first to put water on the tank. and then pull out and push in the water tank while the machine is working..

What did you fill distributor? Water?
Yes clean water.. Try to clean first the two rectangular shaped magnet then fill with distiled water.
