Somewhere I have a popular mechanics magazine and the cover reads "6 desktop calculators you can buy now for under $100". They all have cords to plug in to an outlet.
Datsun was the original name used by Nissan for the cars and trucks they imported to the U.S. They thought it would be more appealing to the U.S. market than the Japanese name Nissan.
I remembered the lame joke when Datsuns came out that went, 'Do you know how the Datsun company got its name? The president of the new company told the naming committee that they needed to come up with a company name within two weeks and one of the Japanese guys asked, Dat soon?' Like I said...lame.
My grandfather was a subscriber and I remember that cover....I am old.

a ... "keyboard"? you mean a typewriter
It looks to be an electric one as well, so pushing the keys would not be hard at all compared to a mechanical typewriter.
