I loved watching Mia Hamm and Brandi Chastain play. They are two of my favorites they are absolutely beautiful and talented and classy too never seen anything bad coming from them
Remember when Mia Hamm, Brandi Chastain, Briana Scurry, Julie Foudy, Michelle Akers and Joy Fawcett were America's sweethearts, and we were proud to root for our National Team? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
Zoey, you are inspiring so many others with your attitude and drive! You have an amazing team and a rare leader in a coach. You and your team are so deserving of the recognition in this video. Best of luck with your future.
This is great. True heart fighting to survive and excel. That being said, hope these girls don't act like the some of the ones playing for the US in the World Cup in 2023.
All the athletes in this are a class act! They don’t make them like this anymore! I know the greatest thing for me as a young female soccer player was scoring on Briana Scurry when the Atlanta Beat came to our tournament. I can’t imagine Zoey or her teammates will ever forget this day. Everyone is by your side, Zoey! I wish you all the best and hope you are able to get back out on the field soon! You are an inspiration! ⚽️💕
Zoe keep fighting make big win battle cry against cancer, my prayers hope go your way. Please listen these 1,Don't Give Up Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush 2, You Say Lauren Daigle it help me get though my heart attack 3 yr ago my heart pump 19% . Today I'm good but these songs when feeling like in darkness and then light came up good feeling so good luck and all prayers for you Zoe.
What a beautiful and touching expression of support for Zoe Suder. I'm feeling reflective and fascinated with how life works. I videotaped the UNC-Chapel Hill women's soccer home games for the team back when Mia was a freshman and sophomore. They, of course, won the national championship both years (as they had been doing every year for several years at that point), and I interviewed Mia a couple of different times for highlight videos the team used for recruiting. It was mesmerizing to watch Mia and the rest of them play. Sports Illustrated made the case that they were the most dominating dynasty in the history of college sports, including John Wooden's legendary UCLA Bruins. At that point, as the SI article described, they had won something like 83 games in a row. And that wasn't all. They said the most amazing part was that in all that time, they had only been BEHIND for 5 minutes!!! The thing the coaches and players said made them so good was their 100% commitment to play FOR EACH OTHER. They were all friends off the field and they fought for each other every second they were on the field. This spirit and talent and tenacity nurtured at UNC-CH was (and continues to be) a huge contributor to the success of the U.S. Women's national teams. This video seems to me to be a beautiful example of what it can look like when the idea of excelling for each other is taken beyond the playing field. Potent stuff. Many blessings to you, Zoe, as you pursue your dreams and share your joy of living with the rest of us! 👍🙏✨
Back in the 90's, I coached a teen girl's soccer team, sponsored by Stetson University. During a practice session for Sanford Fl tournament, a soccer ball ended up on our field. It was Mia Hamm that came over to retrieve it. Mia suggested that her and the US team do a short scrimmage with our teen girls' team. My God child also wore a #9 jersey. She idolized Mia Hamm. Our team won that tournament that day.
The daughter of a friend of mine was a pretty good player and went to a camp with Mia. She is not small (6-feet tall and 175 lbs, very strong) but wasn't paying much attention. Mia just picked her up and moved her into position like she weighed nothing. From that point on she was almost never out of position.
I hop;e Zoe makes her goal of playing D1 soccer somewhere and then on the USWNT and win the U.S. another Women's World Cup in at least 2027 or 2031!! I'm on your side as well Zoe, keep kickin' cancer's butt!!!
I don't believe that for a moment. Just cause I never saw Y A Tittle or B Starr doesn't mean I don't know their legends. If you are into a certain things, in this case woman's soccor, you would learn a little history about each part. It's just natural. B Christian's kick is a BIG part of woman's soccer history so I would imagine each girl learned something about it through other older individuals in their lives.
Watching Brandi making that PK in 1999 World Cup final was one of the greatest moment in American sports history.
Yeah.....SHE didn't choke like a certain self-important, self-absorbed, self-righteous, arrogant blue-haired troll with a "Me, me, me" attitude did.
i was at that game. there's nothing like the sound of 110,000 people screaming for joy all at once. one of my fondest memories
Peyton is not just one of the greatest QB’s, but an even greater human off the field!! 🥰 keep fighting Zoe, you got this!!!
Mia Hamm and Brandi Chastain - class acts! ❤️
WOW, what an honor to have Mia and Brandi show up inspire Zoe.♥️
Can you imagine any of the arrogant divas from this year's USWNT doing something classy like this? I certainly can't.
@@russs7574exactly. They would ask for $100k minimum
Thank goodness for all those who made this day happen!!
I loved watching Mia Hamm and Brandi Chastain play. They are two of my favorites they are absolutely beautiful and talented and classy too never seen anything bad coming from them
Very cool seeing the young ones Barcenas and Thompson already giving back. They get it.
Praying for you Zoe. Amazing effort by Nationwide and Omaha Prod.
WOW, the best of the best that ever played on the US Women's soccer team. SUPER KOOL.
Yes! And what a stark & startling contrast to (most members of) today's US Women's Nat'l team. [sorry, had to put it out there]. Much love to Zoe!
That coach is a stud man.
That young Lady has a heart of gold and keep pushing forward
I'm a US Military veteran, and you INSPIRE me

I hope when we host the World Cup in 26, the rose bowl holds the final.
So many important moments here, from Chastain’s winner to Baggio’s miss.

Zoe👍
I get the sense some of these players dont know who these legends are
@machellovelivelife658, highly doubtful. Mia Hamm didn't retire until the mid 2000's. Chastain, later in 2014.
These girls have no clue who any of these legends are.

well they certainly know now
I got a feeling the girls do not know them. They know the younger players though.
Not surprisingly none of the arrogant divas on this years team would take the time to come see Zoey
200000 millions billions dollars for each 1babez 〽️
Mia packed on the pounds! Holy smokes
Where's the father.
