ആദ്യം പഠിക്കുമ്പോൾ അരമണ്ഡലം നന്നായി ഇരുന്നു പഠിക്കുക.. അതിനുശേഷം സ്റ്റെപ് പഠിക്കുക... ഒരു സ്റ്റെപ് ഇത്ര ദിവസം പഠിക്കണം എന്ന് പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല.... മോൾക്ക്‌ സ്റ്റെപ് 3 സ്പീടും നന്നായി ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ . അടുത്ത സ്റ്റെപ് പഠിച്ചു തുടങ്ങാം.. പുതിയ സ്റ്റെപ് പഠിക്കുമ്പോൾ അതിന്റെ കൂടെ മുൻപ് പഠിച്ച സ്റ്റെപ് കളും കളിച്ചു പഠിക്കുക... 👍👍👍

എന്റെ ആദ്യ വിഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന സമം അരമണ്ഡലം മുഴുമണ്ഡലം എന്നിവ ആദ്യം ഒരു കുറച്ചു ദിവസം ചെയ്തു പഠിക്കു.... അതിനു ശേഷം സ്റ്റെപ്പുകൾ ചെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങിയാൽ മതി....
സമം അരമണ്ഡലം മുഴുമണ്ഡലം എന്നിവ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ 1-10 വരെ എണ്ണി ചെയ്ത് നോക്കുക.... ഓരോ മണ്ഡലങ്ങളും 10,10,10 എന്ന പോലെ കുറച്ചു ദിവസം ചെയ്ത് പഠിച്ചാൽ കാലുവേദന മാറുകയും... അതുപോലെ steps ചെയ്യാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും ഉണ്ടാവില്ല....
