My advice from 9 years of practice in this field is companies especially Indian companies are not to be trusted in terms of medicinal products. Here's the reason why. Indian companies focus less on quality and more on profit margin. Now companies in nutrition have different licenses than pharmaceutical companies. Sports nutrition companies in India are practicing a lot of unethical ways of manufacturing. Don't buy multivitamins and products like milk thistle, ashwagandha, and calcium, and the list goes on. Always buy the core product that the company primarily produces. Muscle Blaze sells a lot of unnecessary things giving some unique names like bioenzymes. My thorough research says you don't need bioenzymes to promote additional protein absorption.
I am consuming uprise D3 produced by the same alkem company.However this multivitamin surprisingly didn't have iron,1 of the most important mineral for athletic performance!

Many take A to Z Gold gelatin capsules instead of plain A to Z even though it costs a bit more. Would love to watch your take on A to Z Gold. Keep up the good work!

Sir, please start testing Omega 3s. These supplements are very difficult to judge from just a label. Points: 1. Actual EPA & DHA content as per the label 2. If the products are rancid or not 3. Heavy metal especially mercury 4. Other fillers If we get good and reliable testing of above parameters, we would be grateful. And people would be able to choose the brands accordingly. Thus, request you to test 3-4 good brands of fish oil
