Fossil fuel is made mostly of fossilized plant matter, but that was funny.
Seeing that dinosaur skating at the end reminded me of Denver the Last Dinosaur, a cartoon from my childhood that also had a dinosaur skating, that's a blast from the distant past i completely forgot about until i saw that.

Well, not just from the time of the dinosaurs. All organic materials will eventually form oil; someday, we will be oil too, along with all of the plants and animals alive today.
Um, actually... crude oil was formed from marine diatoms and zooplankton that existed before the evolution of complex life on land. This was also before there was an entire food chain available to consume all the detritus that fell to the sea floor. So, it was allowed to accumulate for millions of years. That's why there are no crude oil deposits from later eras.

...what? Why do you think they're called fossil fuels? Now really most oil deposits are from ancient plant matter, not dinosaurs, but it's the same idea no matter what ancient life was rendered down into carbon slurry.
The joke about saudi Arabia is because the dinosaur bones became oil which Saudi Arabia been mining.
That is the joke but it’s not really true, fossil fuel is almost entirely fossilized plant matter
