Yep, mage cspd got buff. And the problem before is the qadal is so cancer that mage never use cspd anymore. So now they need to use cspd to do anything again now, it's balance for int dex because a lot of player dissatisfied of each new boss drop dex mage stats.
With mage cape 2s (1k cspd), and any ring 2s with 1k cspd xtall (forgot the name) but normally 4.4k cspd, in the video I used +800cspd buff to make it 5.25k cspd to make it instant with enchanted barrier

With that lots of dex magic stat in the equipment. Devs really said that msge need to cast their magic not just instant damage

U can use 1k cspd ring 1s with 1k cspd xtall (but its expensive unless u farm it in xmas event later)
