Please identify where are you are pasting source codes? In Koha 21.05 and Koha 21.11 either on Ubuntu or Debian, you need to go in tools > Additional contents (last column) and then select HTML customization. There you need to select, what area you need to customized with codes. Please watch the initial part of this video for just reference ruclips.net/video/dfR3ZViCjEc/видео.html
If your library create original MARC record, for instance you catalog a book in Koha then you can write your library code or name, you can also be used when you maybe register your library in z39.50 clients list. In other word, the originating agency is the name of the agency (usually a library) that creates an original MARC record.
In that video, I demonstrated how to catalog eBooks, and usually, eBooks or online resources do not have any holding information (item details). Therefore, I suggested replacing it with an image. If you have an eBook with the same book in print, you can add the holding details.

sir can we intergrate Koha and Dspace together ?
We can install both on same server but can not integrated each others.
