Im really looking forward to following this formula. I went down to 147lbs but now I’m up to 158lbs again. I’m sick of feeling condemned and bound to this overweight body.
I lost 20 pounds too ,was low carb,no sugars,and ate veggies,grains etc its my lifestyle ,i was prediabetic and reversed it ,it was cause of Covid etc ,so i had a similar stories to you .
The pizza I make it from: Joseph’s pita bread, pizza sauce, low fat/ fat free mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni and crushed pepper! The egg white pankcakes I have it up on my TikTok: Faith with Vivian! But it is a Walden 0 calorie syrup
