    1. Decide to make a lifestyle
    change, not diet
    2.Weigh yourself to know your
    starting point
    3. Do moderate exercise
    4. Track calories/weigh food
    during weight loss period
    (she doesn't track for
    maintenance)
    5. Eat high protein food to stay
    fuller longer
    6. Plan out meals, try to eat the
    Same thing every day
    7. Walk!

    Im really looking forward to following this formula. I went down to 147lbs but now I’m up to 158lbs again. I’m sick of feeling condemned and bound to this overweight body.

    I lost 20 pounds too ,was low carb,no sugars,and ate veggies,grains etc
    its my lifestyle ,i was prediabetic and reversed it ,it was cause of Covid etc ,so i had a similar stories to you .

    Can you recommend the brands you eat for the pizza, pancakes, and you also used Syrup?

      The pizza I make it from: Joseph’s pita bread, pizza sauce, low fat/ fat free mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni and crushed pepper! The egg white pankcakes I have it up on my TikTok: Faith with Vivian! But it is a Walden 0 calorie syrup
