I did a few years ago Justin: ruclips.net/video/f-OmHMuBp3k/видео.html The short version is for a lawn that will see a lot of use, Bermuda is a better choice. Zoysia is very pretty though. Just depends on your preference. They'll both do well in NC.
Hello Ron you are such a pro my brother 2 questions: 1...Do you ever gather your clippings? I haven't been but what I notice is my lawn is becoming very uneven and lumpy, as a result my reel mower is starting to dip and cut lower in certain spots leaving the look of a rotary mower. PLEAS HELP...😥 2...I Cannot find a company willing to work in McDonough Ga. that evens out lawns with sand/soil ...any recommendations? Thank you sir.
I do gather then Wyatt. If the mower is starting to scalp you can raise the height of cut slightly to prevent it. IT doesn't take a large adjustment to make a difference. If there's no service that will do it (Level Lawns or Sandman Top Dressing) then you're going to have to do it yourself most likely. It's a lot of work but if you get a friend or 2 to help out, it's not too bad.

Ok. Tenacity isn’t a full fledged pre-emergent. Expect 3 - 4 weeks of coverage. If you want real pre-emergent, use prodiamine or dithiopyr
