If not mistaken, the quick start guide of Tapo C200 stated that: • This product is not intended to be used when providing medical care. Consult the manufacturer of any personal medical devices, such as pacemakers or hearing aids to determine if they are adequality shielded from external RF (radio frequency) energy. • Do not use this product in health care facilities. Hospitals or health care facilities may be using equipment that could be sensitive to external RF energy. Her pacemaker is not shield from external RF, where she cannot go for MRI screening. What is your advice? TQ.
Thanks for the review. Next time, can you do a bit on the playback UI please? While that's more of a review of the app, it's important to know how easy and accurate it is to use. I own a couple of different IP cams, and each app I use has good/bad points when using the playback features. Would be nice to see this aspect fully covered in a review of this security cam.
Great video. I am interested in purchasing one of these. However, can you still watch live feeds without a memory card? I am not bothered about storing any data. I just want to keep an eye on my cat when we are away. So, can you still do a live feed without a memory card?
Hello Mark. Nice video which I found very helpful. I've just bought a small ground floor studio flat and have bought 2 of these cameras - one for the lounge and one for the kitchen. I didn't really know much about this type of camera however I chose this one as it seems to have some good features for the price. Haven't set them up yet. Do you know if the motion detection works through glass? (Was thinking of putting one on the window sill in the kitchen in case anyone comes round the side of the property)? Thanks.
interested in this too, video recording through glass looks good on your video, however , iwould not expect any sensor to trigger whilst looking through a window pane, can you confirm?
Don’t forget if there is an intruder the first thing you would wanna do is screen record on your phone. The app should also be able to save recorded videos to phone

I understand that I can peek and monitor when on the same wifi network, but what about when I leave home - is it possible to set my wifi router in some way that would allow me to peek when I am away?
Got 2 of these just for fun and now in (2022) they actually have more features (not really tested by me yet though) but they have a cloud storage solution (subscription ofc) and they have added some other features. Is that possible to remotely access the camera and view the area even if you are on vacation for example? Thank you.
@@robboostph6689 Well, there is an option (subscription) to upload the files into a storage cloud.
