      @@TheAnjiMartin Hi Anji, good video very detailed. Is Sale Samarai any good for Europe specifically UK based stores or is the data it uses really only applicable to the US?

    • @TheAnjiMartin
      @TheAnjiMartin  2 года назад +1

      Hi Jessica! Yes. The .com marketing is the largest, so even people in other countries can use the data for their stores even if they are selling elsewhere.
      Right now, you can add your shop to Sale Samurai, as well as do research but this will be primarily for the English language. That being said, Etsy DOES translate tags for you (and best practice is to make the tags and titles in your language that you have your shop set to), and Etsy will handle the rest. I hope that helps!

    Hi Anji. I have to give you a big praise for your My Print Empire course. I purchased it two hours ago and could not stop watching it. This course is worth every single penny and step by step it helped me to set up Etsy and Printify in a correct way. I purchased a much expensive course one month ago and still struggling to set up Etsy properly. Your explanation is clear and straight forward, no BS at all. Thank you so much and I am more confident now. BTW just let you know that I also purchased your POD Nation Mastermind, see you very soon!

      Hi! I'm so happy to hear that! And totally understand what you are saying. As someone who has worked online for the past 10 years and purchased many courses, myself. I often left feeling like I was "had" and the creators put zero effort in for the price I paid. My motto with courses that I create has always been to over deliver, under charge and make it as step by step simple as possible. The feedback has been exactly that and I'm thrilled to hear it from you too!

    Quick questions - what is considered a high search volume?

    • @TheAnjiMartin
      @TheAnjiMartin  Год назад +1

      So glad it was helpful! I will be doing more videos on this topic. The search volume really varies and I find competition numbers more important. For example if you are listing Christmas items now, not that many people are searching just yet (although sales are happening) so I take search volume with a grain of salt if I can see proven winners with low competition. I also have evergreen products in my own store that are best sellers and have a search volume of 32 with competition of 500. So it really depends on what the competition is and what the season is that you are listing for. I hope that makes sense :)

      If it’s a keyword that shows under 10,000 competition (low) I will use it. Note: I used to heavily look at search volume but over time I have found it to not be 100% accurate. I have a best sellers with search volume 32 and I regular get sales with search volume as low as 12 and even sometimes N/A search volume. I hope that helps! I have done a recent video showing this as well. Zero to 100 sales on Etsy. Cheers 🥂

    • @TheAnjiMartin
      @TheAnjiMartin  Год назад +1

      Hi! I mostly look for a proven best seller first and foremost, then low competition keyword to go with it and glance at the search volume. You can still make sales with keywords that don't have that high of search volume (if the competition is low). So long as its already a proven winner on Etsy. There are so many variables. I can understand how it can be overwhleming at first but the more you do it, it is actually VERY simple and doesn't take that much thought or time to do it. Just keep going and doing it daily and eventually you will realize this is like kindergarten stuff :)

I like that Sale Samurai has the chrome extension with all the keyword suggestions right from the Etsy platform. And I like that it's just simple to type in a keyword in the basic search to see the competition and search volume. I also LOVE the Profit Calculator. I use sale samurai for every single listing I do. I think erank has some really good features and I know it's helpful for a lot of sellers. I just prefer using Sale Samurai at the moment.
