Watching James Bond for the first time! Since I lost my original channel I am reuploading this movie because it has been requested. Sorry it took a while but I finally got it to work and not get it blocked.

The 1st two Bond films but especially this Blockbuster set off the TV Spy Craze here in the US. There was The Man from UNCLE, Mission Impossible, I Spy and even Mel Brooks got into the act with Get Smart. When I was a kid I had a toy Spy Briefcase with all the spy gadgets in it.

I love how you smile as the laser begins to cut its way up between his legs😂
Your in the 1% that really gets it! It's fantasy ! Great reaction! I enjoyed it!
Sean Connery treated woman in real life the same way that Bond treated them in his films. He was a "man's man"" of his time. He was an avid and excellent Golfer. I met him when he was filming the move Untouchables. He kindly sutographed a picture of him with the DB5.
Sean Connery was definitely the best James Bond, he was in fact James Bond. "Shaken not stirred." And the theme song for this is legend.
You should react to "Thunderball" too. An absolutely smash of a movie. Enjoyed watching your reaction (y)
This was the first movie that "lightened up" the tone of the books. In the book, Bond extorted money from Goldfinger and took the girl on a vacation, only to find out later she went back to Goldfinger and got murdered. She also was Goldfnger's kept woman and wore the gold paint for him and his gold fetish. The laser was a buzzsaw. Pussy Galore was a lesbian who situationally slept with Bond hoping to avoid jail. Bond beat Goldfinger to death with his bare hands, after his attempt to knife him failed. Audiences liked the more comedic tone this film took.
Interesting. I didn’t know about the DB5 sales increase but it makes sense.
If you're not familiar with the early James Bond films, it's a good idea to start with "Dr. No."
Thank you
