At the age of 68 I decided it was time for me to take better care of my skin. For years I didn't have much time for myself because I was tending to a sick husband. I'm not sure how I found your channel, but I was intrigued by your name because I didn't want to and couldn't spend a lot on skincare. I've been following your morning and nighttime routines and have noticed quite an improvement, especially recently with the addition of Avene Retinal. I just turned 69 and have never had so many compliments on my skin. Guess it's never too late to start! Thank you for your informative videos!
This was so encouraging for me to read! I'm 51 and my skin is awful. I thought I might be able to salvage something good. Glad I haven't missed the bus...
Ditto at age 50, my skin has never looked so good, having oily skin I’m using this whole routine, I’ve had to order the double repair from America and use the uk version of retrinAL. Couple that with CACI eye revive treatments, I can see why having Botox is becoming a thing of the past 😊
Thank you for sharing! I just turned 67 and I just found the Budget Dermatologist. I'm so happy to hear it's not too late to make a difference with my skin!
I love the fact that you don’t promote clinic remedies that most of us can’t afford. Love your show and I have such confidence in your advice. Thank you!
Hi! Just wanted to say I absolutely love that you rarely do sponsored videos! Makes it feel informative and not about making money. Rare to see a doctor on social media with integrity to not sell out
Yeah but any content they make on RUclips still generates money. And if they make more “controversial” videos, like a dermatologist suggesting drugstore products, they know they’ll get more views which equals more money. Also, the links are often affiliate links so they get a kickback if you click on them and place an order.
Hello ma'am , please i would love to see a video like the Avène Shopping Guide but for La Roche-Posay, i really enjoyed that video a lot and thank you so much
These are high quality products,$5-$10 more is not higher quality. All skin care is mass produced, more expensive doesn't mean the products are better, usually those are the products full of fragrance & citrus oils, etc.
I have been following this regime for about four weeks now and have noticed a big difference in my skin. Thank you for this simple to follow advice. I’ve even gotten my husband to do it with me! I’m 72 and he’s 75.
Hello Doc, I wanna thank you. I followed your skin care routine and got excellent result in just 10 days. My husband keeps on caressing my face, he said it’s flawless, lol.(I’m 51) More power to you !!!
Just bought this whole routine from your links. It is amazing having everything laid out with the science behind the choices. I wish there was something like this for hair care.
@Mr and Mrs H The new video shows a Bakuchiol + Vitamin C Moisturizer combo which is about $100-$150 vs the $17 Vitamin C Serum in this video. The new one isn't a realistic swap for most. She also mentions that Vitamin C Serum in this video is better for dark spots vs the Bakuchiol combo in the other video which may be better for anti-aging. I tried a whole bottle of the Bakuchiol, but I swapped back to Timeless Skin Care Vitamin C Serum from this video since it felt like my skin was smoother with it.
@@frankprogrammer I just found the timeless vite c. I watched another person's video and she recommended c w the same 2 ingredients in timeless, but her product suggestions are all in India and I couldn't figure out pricing 🤣 glad to know the timeless is good!! Thanks!
I absolutely love your teaching techniques. So many other derms review products but teaching us the order, sequence and how to is absolutely priceless.
It's so refreshing to see someone not push fillers nowadays, just good old fashioned skin care. I saw your video on why you don't do botox, but I wonder what you think of lasers and collagen -stimulating procedures like ultraformer. Thank you so much for the easy to understand breakdown!
While a little late in life, I’ve been wanting to start a skin care routine but found it cost prohibitive and confusing, so thank you for both, giving us a simple routine, at an affordable price. Since I’ve already used retinol OTC products I did splurge on the Avene retrinal 1.0% but all the other products you recommended were very budget friendly. I love love love your videos because they are more geared towards the normal consumer, not like other videos that recommend products that are so expensive we can’t afford. I am over 60 so videos for that population would be great too.
Thanks you!! I was overwhelmed by the number of skin products in the market. You just simplified my skin care and saved me tons of money in products that are super expensive and don't live up to the hype. I know I am not the only woman that goes through this.
I use the Timeless 10% vitamin C. It works very well for my sensitive and very reactive skin. I’m sticking with the 10% until my skin gets used to the retinoid.
I love your videos. I love that your face is not filled with botox and fillers. It looks so natural like the majority of people. Can you make a video on the difference between acne and rosacea? My dermatalogist seems to have a hard time diagnosing me.
Hi, almost a year ago I built my skincare routine based on what i learned in your videos and your product recommendations. I feel great & confident in what i am doing. I even get compliments on my skin! I love your videos because I learn from them and the products work without breaking my budget. I am so happy to see your videos succeed! Congratulations on your channel! Please keep going as you are!
I had to come back and tell you that I used this same routine for about two weeks so far and I can really see the difference. My husband commented to me that I looked pretty and was looking younger. I was shocked and that's when I really took a good look and could see the difference for myself. Thank You!!! 😊❤️❤️❤️❤️ Also, what do you recommend for lips?
Thank you ! I love your advice, it is so helpful. I am pushing 60 so anti aging is very important to me. BUT, I still struggle with acne like a teenager all these years. I'd love to see how to incorporate both. Thank you
Thank you, I am 62 years old, have always had nice skin...I noticed my skin has not been as bright recently and that I have flakiness. I watched this video a few times and picked up the Loreal Revitalizing Gylcolic Cleaner (I LOVE it), the La Roche-Posay Double Repair Moisturizer, and the Australian Gold Botonical SPF 50 Sunscreen. I have a Vitamin C Serum and a retinoid. So far, I really like how these products make my skin look and feel! I like all the products, but I love the L’Oréal cleanser and the Australian Gold Sunscreen. I even used some on my hands as well. I have used face sunscreen that is over $30 dollars for a tiny amount and I like the price point of the Australian Gold sunscreen and I do not really have to use foundation-a win/win. I love your videos; I feel it is a mystery of how to use the various products and you break it down and make it so simple! Thank you so much!
One of the oldest and most familiar Retinoid products I have seen on the shelf is RoC retinoid creme. Would love to hear a lengthy discussion of the company, products, and value of the products
Thank you so much Dr. Aloha. Here is a permanent Solution to Eliminate Herpes 1 & 2, lupus, Acne, shingles and HPV and It's 100% money back guarantee. ruclips.net/channel/UC_YFEEZEr1BxGkNg1d4vqww 🇺🇸💗
I purchased all the products. I started using the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer twice a day and I have already noticed a difference. I added the Netrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Regenerating Cream at night over my moisturer because I have such sensitive skin. I've used it twice and no problems so far. I plan to try it straight on my skin next week.
I used to love (and thought it was necessary) to have an in-depth skin care routine, but the last few months I’ve really simplified it and my skin has never looked better. I pretty much do what she recommends, gentle cleanser, retin-a ( Trentinoin, also has spironolactone and tranexamic acid in it) and moisturizer at night, as well as castor oil on my eyebrows. And daytime routine gentle cleanser, lactic acid and sunscreen/moisturizer. I am still currently looking for a good antioxidant to start though, that’s the one missing thing haha.
I am learning so much! So thank you! You’re advice has really helped me improve my skin care routines but I’m still struggling with a problematic chin - breakouts that don’t really seem to go away. Also any advice for hands - I’ve tried so many moisturisers yet the skin is still so incredibly dry, chapped and wrinkly.
You're a wealth of knowledge and needed product recommendations for those endless choices out there!! Thank you! Can you do a video on 'already-aged', mature skin? I've tried the AM/PM routines and they tend to leave my 70 year old skin feeling parched and overprocessed. Maybe gentler products? Gentler routine? Skip days? Help!
Also, LOVE LOVE the spend or save videos! I’ve starting so many products from those videos. Would love more targeted for oily and/or acne prone skin and hyperpigmentation
I just purchased this entire skin care regimen. It arrived this past Sunday and I started using it that night. Today is Thursday and my skin looks and feels AMAZING!! I was using a luxury brand that has been around forever (Lan...) and it was pricey and my skin did not look anywhere near as good as it looks after just a few day! My skin and I thank you . 😊
I just want to say thank you!!! I was already doing a nearly identical morning routine, but I added La Roche-Posay cleanser and moisturizer to a night routine (which honestly I wasn't doing). I couldn't find the Avene product you recommended, but I used your teachings about what ingredients to look for, and settled on CeraVe resurfacing retinol serum. It has only been a week, and the change is unbelievable! Thank you for breaking it down, and explaining the reasons behind the products used. You're amazing! 🥰
I am brand new to this channel and not very educated in the anti aging skin realm so thank you, thank you, thank you for the content and the time you take to help us!
Thank you for putting together an amazing video!! There are SO many options for skin care and anti aging options that it really gets confusing! I will definitely incorporate your tips and suggestions. Thanks again for breaking it down to an easy and affordable routine for am and pm.
Thank you for the great videos. I’ve used Avene 0.1 for months now but I didn’t realize that Hyaluronic Acid shouldn’t be used as well. Thanks for that important tip.
Love your education. It has help my skin in a major way and my daughter as well. We no longer suffer with dry skin or long lasting pimples. Skin is soft I’m 42 and my little wrinkles have disappeared. You’re the best I recommend you to all my friends.
I have two daughters in their 20's. Can you please recommend a skincare routine for women their ages just starting out their anti-aging skincare journeys?
My skin has inproved so much since I have been following her routine. I am 69 and always had large pores buthis routine is helping my skin to look so much better! Thank you Budget Drmatologist. If you have anything else special for large pores please tell us.
Thank you for this. My mother, MIL and I all stocked up on some of these. Very helpful since it is overwhelming when you get influenced into buying expensive department store products and then find that the drugstore has ingredients, fragrance free that are affordable to those in a fixed income. Gracias!!!!!
Thank you, I am so glad I found you. I just turned 50 a few weeks ago, and I was so bad about skincare. So I am playing catch up. Thank goodness aging has been kind to be over the past 50 years. I just want the next 50 to be kind also :-)
I accidentally stumbled on your video after looking up affordable Skincare routine, and I’m in love! I’m going to hit 40 in couple of years and been wanting to start a strict skin regimen.
Oh, dear! The tip about not using hyaluronic acid product at night when using retinol is new to me! I was wondering what is causing irritation lately and it was using cosrx product that has it and it went under retinal cream. That would explain. Thank you!
I'd love to see your suggestions too. I have noted irritated, small red patches on skin near my eye area. It's either Neutrogena bedtime cream or adapoline . I need to find something for the crow's feet that I have near each eye or eye
@@Maria-gi9ls I use Ducray Kerancyl Repair cream for night because it is for people who are going through a drying acne treatment. I went to close veins on my face and derm said I actually have rosacea and I had to adjust my skincare. Also got prescribed Soolantra and oral isotretinoin. I also love Ceramedx lotion (I order from iherb).
Great video. Would love a video on a list of non-HA skincare products... cleansers, serums, moisturizers, retinols, sunscreens. Keep up the great work providing budget-friendly skincare products, especially during these trying times. Cheers.
I love your videos! I went and bought all these products and absolutely love how my skin looks. Thank you for this video. I was so confused about what to use , what order and when to use them. This information was so helpful!
Im 54 years old and get tons of compliments on my skin. I have drier/normal skin but also like the La Roche Posay Foaming wash instead of hydrating one, $15 for large bottle, will last you a solid year!. Main ingredient is glycerin which removes all makeup and hydrates. My absolute faves on face are Neutrogena Retinol Oil which disappears on your face. You will notice big difference in texture within 2 days. Also Bio Oil which absorbs super quick into face. Sometimes I slug face (apply Aquafor which is Vaseline with added lanolin) over face to lock in products above. They all work exceptionally well!
Absolutely love your channel:) Well done! I would love more information for "aged skin!" LOL Super hard to find a dermatologist addressing the 60 and over skin. We need help too! Day and night routine would we great! Your information is greatly appreciated!
Thank you for this video, Dr. Locke! I've learned so much from you. As for future videos....I would like to see a video or series of videos on caring for skin over 60. Older skin has very different needs so it would be great to hear your advice. I'd also like to see videos on the Glytone brightening line and perhaps a comparison of the expensive trendy eye creams such as Lancer Skincare Eye Contour Lifting Cream with Diamond Powder to a drug store version. You mentioned that regular moisturizer is fine for eyes but what about older skin? I've always followed a super healthy diet with no junk food, alcohol or cigarettes but am new to treatment products other than moisturizer...that is until I found you! I've been using some of the Glytone AHA's and the Mineral 89 in the am and the Retrinal eyes and .05 face at night for two months with promising results. Tomorrow, I'll be trying the Glytone C+ Vitamin C serum. I tried some of the others but found them too sticky.
I am truly grateful for your videos. Thanks for helping us, common mortals, avoid to get lost in the sea of misinformation and marketing gimmicks. Although I am fully aware that aging is natural part of life I would like to age gracefully and you help us doing that without going bankrupt.
Your videos are so helpful and informative. I follow your exact steps morning and night because that is what I’ve learned from you. I’m 67 and and the best skin of my life. Thank you👍❤️
This is my first video of yours and I absolutely love it. I've seen other dermatologists comparing different face products and I end up confused about what to get for myself. After watching this I am going straight to the store and getting your favorites. Some were also mentioned on other dermatologists' videos so that makes me more prone to knowing I'm getting the best. I'm a beginner to retinol but didn't know how much I didn't know about everything else. Thank you so much. I think you have the best channel.
Dra., literalmente usted cambió mi opinión sobre el skincare. Ahora entiendo que puedo tener una rutina efectiva pero sin romper mi presupuesto. Así que gracias, gracias, gracias!!! I love your vídeos! I just want to write you in Spanish because I would like to emphasize the importance of your work here in RUclips. So, thanks again!!! 💕💕💕
Sunscreen that is best for sensitive eyes , I've tried literally from high-end -through low end price points... Burns my eyes .... Please help also want to add, love, love ....your products you shared ,from this video 😊
Thank you!! I love hearing about a skin care routine that is actually being used by a dermatologist. I think a lot of times we hear "I recommend" but I much prefer hearing "I use". I've watched you enough to have most of those things in my routine now. I'm finishing up a few things I already had, but will replace them with what you are using when they are gone. A request for a video would be old, dry body skine care. Thanks!!
My daughter and my DIL have both encouraged me to focus on me, so finally, at age 60, I'm researching the deep black hole of skin care :) I am so glad I found your channel. You have helped me understand so much. Would love to know your thoughts on products containing human bone marrow stem cell as well as your thoughts on a whole body moisturizer that possibly treats the dreaded crepey skin.
Thank you. Thank you, thank you! Best tutorial I've seen! Method and products included. So many derms on you tube tell you what ingredients but seldom include method and products. So informative. This was great. I will now binge watch all of your videos🙂
Love your channel and informative videos! I’m trying a lot of the products you suggest to find what works for me at 57 and it seems to be working great! I too love some of the Vichy products, the 3 in 1 cleanser, and the Neovadiol moisturizer that’s rose tinted for a daytime glow. Can you do a video like you did with the Avène brand listing the good and not so good products from Vichy? I love learning about new products. ❤️
Would you recommend Avene RetinAL over Adapalene? My skin is able to tolerate Adapalene (I use Differin) so I’m currently using that as my Retinoid for anti-aging.
This is a great question. I've considered Adapalene for anti aging also, not only because of my extremely sensitive skin, but also because of price point.
Adapalene is usually recommended for acne. For anti-aging, it helps with dark spots and cell turnover. Theoretically, it should work like other retinoids, but there aren’t enough studies to support it. Some derms with recommend it over retinol, some will recommend retinol over adapalene. 🤷🏼♀️
Hi Maren, I love your videos & have learned a lot from them. One tip when you're filming: would you please hold the product still so we can see it? You tend to wave it around and it's hard to see what it is (for those of us who are unfamiliar with these products). Keep up the good work & thank you for all of your videos.
My skin is so sensitive I can't even start a vitamin c serum. I really want to start a retinoid and have heard great things about Avene, but I'm hesitant to spend that much only to not tolerate it. Thank you so much for great recommendations at an affordable price point! At least I don't feel like I'm throwing a bunch of money away.
Same here, would love to hear some tried & tested recommendations for very sensitive (reactive) skin. In addition to having perimenopausal and reacting to everything! Have started using the Dr Jart green colour corrector cream recently for that reason, as everything I use seems to cause a reaction.. Thank you Doctor.. (-: (-:
Hi I have rosacea and use a retinoid, but it's about starting super slow and building up. I started retinoids at 44 and I'm now 50 so i've been using them for a few years. During a rosacea flare I have to put them aside though, even after using them for so long. My first starter retinoid was from the ordinary the 2% granactive retinoid - it's a very low strength retinoid and a good starter retinoid for very sensitive skin. When your skin is fairly calm (not during a reactive phase or really red etc) try using it once a week to start with and increase an extra night a week as tolerated, until you can use it every night without any issue (obviously patch test first for anything new). You can then move onto a 0.3% retinol and so on. It takes time and patience for very sensitive skin to acclimate to retinoids and I personally would not use any type of acid the same day as using a retinoid, until your skin acclimates. I did work up over 3 years to using prescription tretinoin, but when the rosacea worsened I went back down to retinaldehyde again. Although it took a while to see results I really have had good results and my skin is plumper/firmer at 50 than it was at 44 - that's pretty good right? Best wishes. ps i've never been able to tolerate ascorbic acid and instead use pycnogenal and Q10 as my main antioxidants.
@@MartinaMcDonagh Hi a couple of favourites for my very hypersensitive rosacea prone skin are: the Aveeno calm and restore serum - affordable cosrx cica serum - mid range niod modulating glucosides - a little spendier Other than that a super gentle cleanser, a gentle moisturiser and a mineral spf may well be enough to use until your skin calms down. patch test everything first before you put it anywhere near your face. I hope your skin settles down soon. Menopause was when I developed rosacea and became completely unable to tolerate any fragrance whatsoever, so check what you're using is gentle and fragrance free. I hope that helps.
@@vhayek68 don't know what they changed in cerave, but it started giving me itchy bumps. I used to swear by it. I've since changed to La Roche Posay creamy cleanser.
I bought everything you mentioned & I love it!! I have a HUGE question....I'm 47 years old, what can I do to improve my CREPE SKIN on my LEGS? Budget friendly of course!! Thank you so much!! ❤️
I'm using Retinaldehyde too at 0.1% from Geek&Gorgeous . Lasts for ever and works . I have 4 × Differin-Adapalene Gel 0.1% so will be using that soon .
you can exfoliate once or twice a week instead using an exfoliating mask or serum. I also cannot use an exfoliating wash because it dries out my eyes...
Dr. Dray recommends it to lower the pH of your skin. She says it helps vitamin C absorb better. 👍 I’ve been using the L’Oréal glycolic/ salicylic cleanser before my vitamin C with no issues, and I have extremely dry skin with rosacea.
Thanks for your minimal approach ❤ I have wasted money on so many products because I just can’t keep up with multiple step/ multiple product routines 😢 I need it to be short and simple to stay with it
Hello Dr. I use so many of your recommended products because I absolutely love your videos ❤️. I just bought the Australian Gold tinted SPF 50 and it has the lowest percentage of mineral filters than all my mineral SPF 50 sunscreens both are 4%. Is that enough for adequate protection? Thank you 😊
Thank you for these great tutorials! A favorite line comes from our natural food grocery - Andalou Naturals. They are in a similar price range, with most ingredients organics, and tap recent research. I picked up the Anti Aging moisturizer with sunscreen last week (on one of the 10% discount days!) and will check out the brightening range for a vitamin C product today. I also visited the drugstore last week after watching one of your videos, and got a rosehip skin oil ($9) for my gua sha and Jade roller routines. My 17 year old granddaughter was delighted, and pulled out her rose quartz roller. She had made up a lip scrub (honey, sugar and coconut oil) I've long done kitchen cosmetics, so that was fun!
I’ve been following the retinoid sandwich method for a couple weeks now at night. I love the LRP double repair moisturizer however my pores look gigantic afterwards!!! My pores look pretty small after the LRP cleanser but once I’m done moisturizing, they look huge. I’ve started this whole skincare routine because I want to lessen the appearance of my pores. Any suggestions?
I bought the glycolic acid cleanser, a milder cleanser ( L’Oréal and Laroche) Also got Timeless Vit C and Avene retinoid 6 weeks later-amazing! So glad I found this-the only pricy thing is the retinoid BUT my prescription one was only .025 The Avene is .1 My skin is WAY better!
I have vitiligo and not sure if any of the products such retinol, antiaging creams or serums are ok to use? Or which ones definitely should avoid Thanks, is so good to have information directly from a dermatologist, a reliable person and not just random people giving general advise.
I would like to Thank You Dr. Locke for all the videos you make. I'm following your channel. It helps me to understand the step-by-step use of products without getting irritated skin. Especially at my age, I'm 52 years old woman. I love the friendly budget products from the drugstore. And I love your passion for explaining to help us with the skincare. I'm glad I found your channel. Hoping for more videos to come And Stay Well! Thank You Again -- Mrs. A. Evans
This video is logically presented, highly informative, and refreshingly free of redundancy. Well done! (Subscribed.) I write with a question: How does face shaving alter the anti-aging skincare routine? Shaving has exfoliating effects, so I wonder whether use of an exfoliating cleanser is overkill on areas that will be shaved that day. Any and all advice much appreciated.
I enjoy your Chanel. You are very informative and honest about the products. I can trust using these products, Thank you for all your effort . God Bless
Could u possibly do a drugstore anti aging skincare routine for ppl with sensitive acne prone skin pretty please 🙏🏻 I would really appreciate it?? My skin is super sensitive to all of these products ☹️😩😢 except the retinol (I haven’t tried the Aveene one yet I love the Neutrogena rapid wrinkle repair so far). Thx in advance ❤️✌🏼
I am thrilled to have recently stumbled on your videos. Thanks to your vitamin c and retinol recommendations my skin is feeling and looking better than ever! On a side note *fingers crossed* that Australian Gold gets their fair to light face sunscreen back in stock. I've been wanting to try it.
I'm 67 years old. All I use on my face is a charcoal bar cleanser when I take a shower and ROC Multi Correxion Crepe Repair Face and Neck and u can use AM & PM. That's all I put on my face year round. I do use a sunscreen on my face that I bought from the dermatologist when I gong out in the sun. It seems to be helping my skin. I don't use retinol of any kind as I am very sensitive skin. What do you think?
I started watching 1 video to decide which Moisturizer should I buy for dry skin in winter and I can't stop watching all your videos back to back. These are so informative plus you give lots of options which I love!!! Great Going!!!
Thank you, i just found your channel recently (im actually new to skin care). I was initially getting confused with so many different products and different steps, and from different dermatologists channel as well. This particular video is a great summary to tie everything up and make a great foundational course. Thank you for the clear explanation, I gonna bookmark this ❤️❤️❤️
Hi! I just recently started following you and have watched all of your videos from this year! I’ve learned so much! Thank you!! I do have a question about what order I use my skincare. Am I repeating a product I always use? •L’Oréal Glycolic cleaning gel •Neutrogena vitamin c serum capsules •L’Oréal miracle boost concentrate •L’Oréal 10% pure Glycolic acid •L’Oréal might rein pure retinol •L’Oréal moisturizer/hydrate • L’Oréal regenerist Whip I want to make sure I am not canceling something out by not applying in the correct order Thank you so very much!!! You are amazing
I’m loving the Vichy vit c ampoules for my combo skin.I have the same SPF going to treat my skin to the other products.Thank you for your recommendations a life saver and great on a budget.❤
I loved this video! Very approachable and understandable. Thank you. Something to consider is all the plastic waste with the individual Vichy vitamin C capsules.
I am in my 50's. I do have a routine to battle aging, menopause, dark spots, dryness and redness. I have been using No 7. I love the glow I get from the moisturizer. It has been the only one that I have found that has given me that "glow" and helped me with my issues. Do you know of any other? Also, I have wrinkles in between my brows, would this eye cream help with those?
3:47 Thank you for mentioning this. I am new to your channel. I thought that I was the only one that had odd reactions to this ingredient. I get clogged pores that sorta look like pimples when I use products that contain it. I know that it is definitely the hyloronic acid because I have used it as a single ingredient product and had that reaction and same result when using products with it included in the ingredients. I can clear it up by using a glandular scrub and clay mask. I really wish it was not in so many products right now. When something becomes trendy it seems to get added to everything. Same for niacinamide.
At the age of 68 I decided it was time for me to take better care of my skin. For years I didn't have much time for myself because I was tending to a sick husband. I'm not sure how I found your channel, but I was intrigued by your name because I didn't want to and couldn't spend a lot on skincare.
Thanks!
The Blowout Professor is kinda like her for hair care. Very informative and simplified.
I’m so glad you disclosed what work you have or have not had done! I always wonder this when people give e their recommendations. You look great!
I love your channel so much. And love that you don’t do Botox or fillers…this was extremely helpful thank you 😊
Thank you so much Dr. Aloha. Here is a permanent Solution to Eliminate Herpes 1 & 2, lupus, Acne, shingles and HPV and It's 100% money back guarantee. ruclips.net/channel/UC_YFEEZEr1BxGkNg1d4vqww 🇺🇸💗
I noticed her natural lines, but i am also wondering why did she choose not to do botox or fillers as majority of her colleagues.
I like this. I see people that uses 6 or 7 serums, cream, etc. No wonder my face skin is crazy. Thanks for simplify my skin routine.
Love that tip about using the Neutrogena one on your neck and backs of hands!
I just discovered your channel and I am absolutely bingeing!! Thanks so much for all of the great science-based advice.
Yup…. I agree 👍I’m glad you discovered her channel. She provides awesome information !
Doc I have to say.. you are not only imformative but your videos are in simple and straightforward.. thank you
Thank you so much for explaining your AM and PM routine. It's very informative. I always get really confused as to what to use for both.
I’ve just discovered your channel - I love how clear and methodical they are! Thanks for uploading!
Would
love more targeted for oily and/or acne prone skin and hyperpigmentation
I love how you broke everything down. Made it so easy to follow.
Thank you for the great videos. I’ve used Avene 0.1 for months now but I didn’t realize that Hyaluronic Acid shouldn’t be used as well. Thanks for that important tip.
You are so clear, straightforward and helpful! Thanks for helping us navigate.
What do we use on crepe arms and legs? Thank you.
Thanks for this super informative video. Your skin looks fantastic!!
It's either Neutrogena
bedtime cream or adapoline .
Thank you, Dr. Maren! I have used your recommendations and have noticed a big difference! My husband saw it, too! Thank you!
Thank you👍❤️
Ditto! 63 and it’s never been better!
Can you do a routine for rosacea? I know everyone with rosacea is different but a general, basic routine would be great.
Yes. Please .Would really be appreciated
love this i'm just getting the hang of my routine this helps so much especially enjoy the science of "why" and "how".
Great information and a simple, realistic, effective skin care routine!
Loving these videos. You deserve millions and millions of subscribers ♥️
I wonder this too. I use the generic adapalene
Hi Maren, I love your videos & have learned a lot from them. One tip when you're filming: would you please hold the product still so we can see it? You tend to wave it around and it's hard to see what it is (for those of us who are unfamiliar with these products). Keep up the good work & thank you for all of your videos.
Thank you so much for the simple routines for anti aging. What do you recommend for an anti aging and malasma routine?
This video was a lifesaver! Can’t wait to see what you post next!
@@MartinaMcDonagh Hi a couple of favourites for my very hypersensitive rosacea prone skin are:
the Aveeno calm and restore serum - affordable
cosrx cica serum - mid range
niod modulating glucosides - a little spendier
Other than that a super gentle cleanser, a gentle moisturiser and a mineral spf may well be enough to use until your skin calms down. patch test everything first before you put it anywhere near your face. I hope your skin settles down soon. Menopause was when I developed rosacea and became completely unable to tolerate any fragrance whatsoever, so check what you're using is gentle and fragrance free. I hope that helps.
Cerave is good. They have gentle retinoids and 100 other products!
I think a video on body sunscreens with the summer coming up would be really helpful!
I'm using Retinaldehyde too at 0.1% from Geek&Gorgeous . Lasts for ever and works . I have 4 × Differin-Adapalene Gel 0.1% so will be using that soon .
I am 62 and have dry skin. I’ve been concerned about using AHA cleanser daily before Vitamin C. Thought it might dry out my face. Thoughts?
you can exfoliate once or twice a week instead using an exfoliating mask or serum. I also cannot use an exfoliating wash because it dries out my eyes...
Use a mild cleanser (Not foamy) and follow with an AHA Toner and then the Vitamin C. :)
Thank you 😊
It is! Just make sure to do two layers so you don’t have skip areas. 👍
Wish she would address this.,I have the AGold too& noticed that.
I bought the glycolic acid cleanser, a milder cleanser ( L’Oréal and Laroche)
Also got Timeless Vit C and Avene retinoid
6 weeks later-amazing!
So glad I found this-the only pricy thing is the retinoid BUT my prescription one was only .025
The Avene is .1
My skin is WAY better!
Hmm avene is 80 dollars… how’s that drugstore?! 🙃
A. Evans
The best explanation I've seen explaining what acids actually do. Thank you!👏👏👏👏
This video is logically presented, highly informative, and refreshingly free of redundancy. Well done! (Subscribed.) I write with a question: How does face shaving alter the anti-aging skincare routine? Shaving has exfoliating effects, so I wonder whether use of an exfoliating cleanser is overkill on areas that will be shaved that day. Any and all advice much appreciated.
Please make a video on how to fade acne discolouration (the red fresh marks) and texturization from scars
I enjoy your Chanel.
You are very informative and honest about the products. I can trust using these products,
Thank you for all your effort .
Thank you. You look amazing, your skin is glowing. 😃
JUST TRIED GYCOLIC ACID FACE WASH,AMAZED!
I just bought one. ✨
Great video! Love seeing your personal favorites. I would love to know what your drugstore haircare looks like. Thank u. ☺️
Thank you for the clear explanation, I gonna bookmark this ❤️❤️❤️
I use loreal on my neck and hands! Sometimes my lower arm because I didn't wear sunscreen and it has made a difference.!!
Thank you! Learned more from your vids than from 40 years of going to a dermatologist on a regular basis.
Hi! I just recently started following you and have watched all of your videos from this year! I’ve learned so much! Thank you!!
I do have a question about what order I use my skincare. Am I repeating a product I always use?
•L’Oréal Glycolic cleaning gel
•Neutrogena vitamin c serum capsules
•L’Oréal miracle boost concentrate
•L’Oréal 10% pure Glycolic acid
•L’Oréal might rein pure retinol
•L’Oréal moisturizer/hydrate
• L’Oréal regenerist Whip
I want to make sure I am not canceling something out by not applying in the correct order Thank you so very much!!!
