    I just bought a renick performance under chassis brace for my car! I can feel it tightened up and stiffer, got my lowering springs on the way and just got my suede steering wheel! As soon as I get a nice day I gotta silicon seal my zzp downpipe and install GFB DV+ on my turbo! Ptp turbo blanket was a great investment!!

      @@boost_kingz it's normal with these cars, so nothing to flip out about. Just tell them to make sure the bottom tank is half full and top tank is at the max fill line. Of course check it on level surface and once it's cool (owner may not know).

      It must be a GM thing. I have a 2015 Cadillac ATS premium performance with the 3.6 rwd and bought it Cadillac certified a year old with only 30,000 miles and mine was low. Under warranty I took to the dealership worried there was a leak I couldn't find or something crazy bad like a head gasket! All topped off and a few years later and another 20,000 miles all good, thank God lol

    I know others have mentioned the coolant. My ATS, and many others from what I hear, developed a leak in the "Y" part of the return hose. Please have your friend check that hose. In my car, it actually was leaking onto the ECU that is practically below it and corroded pins and the connectors causing check engine lights, poor performance, possibly shorting out the throttle position sensor, and darn near a thousand dollars in shop time tracking down the issues. The dealership actually wanted to replace the ECU and repin the harness, splicing in new cables. They quoted $2,000 to fix an issue caused by a simple leak. Definitely work checking out and fixing if it is leaking. I actually have a video where I tried to clean up the corrosion. If you want to see the extent of the damage caused by that hose, feel free to check it out.
    TL:DR please have him check the y cable going into the coolant bottle for leaks.

      Lol so wrong. If you not running a catch can you are going to blow your motor without that baffle.

    • @adamhayden5152
      @adamhayden5152 2 года назад +1

      Yeah that’s not true at all. It doesn’t reduce flow making to car “bog” as you so eloquently put it… it’s to silence the turbo and it also serves to help keep oil out of the turbo. Like the man above me said, catch can the LTG! I have one installed on mine and you wouldn’t believe how much crap is in there from water to oil and other contaminates, with out that catch can that all goes back in the motor and coats the valves and everything. This stuff is so gross it ate the paint of the inside of my catch can. You don’t want that shit in your motor!!! I run mobile one 5w30 ESP also!!
