- Meet THNKR'S latest prodigy, Greg Grossman. He started working in kitchens at age 8, and catering high-end parties and charity events at age 12. He has cooked in over 40 restaurants alongside some of the greatest chefs, and started his own culinary development company -- all by 17th birthday! Greg also finds time to give back and prides himself on helping charitable organizations which focus on the needs of children.
In this episode of Prodigies, Greg creates and prepares an elaborate 1920's
Prohibition-era New York themed 7-course tasting menu for a top restaurateur and his team. If all goes well, Greg will partner with them in a new restaurant venture. Tune in and find out!
Scott Feldman correct title is Greg's manager not agent.
Greg now attends Professional Children's School, in NYC whose mission it is to give a top academic education while supporting the schedules of professional children.

"Why is my mother here? I'm very confused." Lol
He seems so much older than his age - not just lookswise but demeanour. He is quite handsome too :)
I can make toast, i can be your wingman
Don't bog yourself down with what you can't do. You don't have to be a child to be a prodigy, nor to contribute to a field you love. Let it inspire you to use your own mind to contribute to a field that you love being a part of, that you enjoy working in.
This kid has a pair of lips on him jesus.
I'm the same age as him and the most advanced food I've ever made is scrambled eggs.
the kid looks and sounds like a 20 year old
And then I saw Masterchef Junior.
He's 16.. Wow, he looks and sounds like an adult
He truly knows his stuff, much better than many adults I know who consider themselves a "chef."
He needs to meet Chef Ramsay
Well, all teens aren't like that. You never see the good ones, truth is most teens are level-headed with slight hormone flares. You only see the bad ones.
I can boil an egg. Hit me up ladies. :)
Don't let these older crusty chefs suck the wind out of your sails! Your great..I wish I had your passion...Joey
Among all these prodigies I can see something in common.... Great parenting.
My father owns a restaurant and catering company and this is truly inspiring to me. Grey I hope you continue with all your success and someday be on of the chefs you grew up watching on tv.
The film 'Ratatouille' inspired me to cook !
throughout this video, i even forgot he was 16 after the boss mentioned it.. weird :P
THAT is the bar, that is the minimum level of performance I expect from a real chef. Passion, detail, creativity, execution. I want to try his food!
Its hard to believe he is only 16! Amazing!
Yeah, fantastic. The Trout is wonderful. Now, give me 20 more portions of them and i might actually get full....
I can use the microwave....
I'm also 16 and working as a chef and this is very depressing for me... but also shows me how much further i can go.
Love this guy, my mom showed me to him on Chopped, wonderful talent he has! Look forward to his future :)
Now let's see what Chef Ramsay thinks. lol
Just imagine if all the prodogies came together in one place.......
Oh Em Gee
He should read Toriko!
Whoa lol and i thought making a salad was impresive
tbh now? BEST PRODIGY EVER!!! hahaha I mean who wouldn't want a prodigy chef at their home?! COME ON SOMEONE MARRY HIM!
There is finally a dude with enough brain cells to make his own food in a kitchen? :OOOO OMG, I would love to marry him.
i love to see people enjoying their work.
i am sure food tasted amazing.
my next visit to the states i am going to visit his restaurant!
Ironically his name is Grossman
Wow, chefs are cool.
So awesome - I wish I had discovered my passion for cooking that early on. Who knows where I'd be!
Greg is just awesome
he was born chef!
Saw this guy in Chopped. I really wanted him to win.
Each society has it's way of living that is revered. Instead of the jack of all trades types, we tend to revere then focused individuals. But I respect what he does equal to someone that can do more than one thing.
whats with the dislike?props to this kid!he's 16 only and he's already a chef !
People like him are so talented! I don't mean to offend anyone but I'm 18 and I am jealous of him! I wish I have some amazing skill like his!
Love all you're videos! Keep it up Thnkr!!!
Wow, he seems like twice his age in many ways. motivating stuff.
Oh and I saw him on chopped, I believe he won
Good for him!
He was on chopped the other day~ So cool
Amazing!
That's awesome!
Chilling, watching videos about what these prodigies do with their lives. :P
good point. this guy has tonnes more talent in a much more interesting field than people like Bieber have, and i hope he gets recognised for that.
you have, all people do.
we forget about them or never find at first place.
don't be shy to search your way. ;)
dude looks like a 30year old. wow
master chef kid!!
do it!!
He's having the time of his life.
Love it.
I feel stupid now. This kid is awesome. I wish I could have cooked as good as this kid when I was his age. I sucked at cooking.
now im hungry
PROFESSIONAL CHILDREN'S SCHOOL.
well actually cooking can be very hard plus a prodigy is someone who is really intelligent in a certain area from an early age
he ... is perfect ...
I would watch a show about this guy. Like Cake boss or something.
I can boil water?
Right stop wtf does justin bieber have to do with his
Great
i love how hes ordering wine for the food courses n ironically enough hes not old enough to buy his own
Amazing
reminds me of the co-star in perks of being a wallflower
It's gonna be interesting to see this kid at 20
oh the irony when his last name is grossman
Prodigy chef. That's a funny concept
Now I'm HUNGRRY!
The food looks so yummy (: !!
umm i started cookin at age 6 and it was pretty darn good.
he should go masterchef US!!!!!
I'm 28 and I'm trying to change careers. I may have to go back to college. The thing is not to think I'm so old I haven't done anything. Rather think if I don't do this I'm going to be worst that if I do.
1:46 that picture made me lol.
ikr
I want to say he was on Food Networks Chopped.
This is great but i was hungry wen i watched this :(
God Bless this kid... I honestly don't hear any them thanking God for the gift that was given to them though... Maybe he'll see the bigger picture soon enough, instead of just seeing $ signs...
This kid scares me as competition. Least I know there isn't any wine pairings with his dishes?
10 is the perfect age to start doing something you like!
How is his employment from 8 years old to now legal?
3:30 there's the kid in him "peace out"
did he win?
that is awesome
This boy makes me feel like I failed at life.
awesome i love perogies
The only guy that can make a sandwich. ;)
This made me so hungry and now i have to go eat food that tastes like crap from my fridge
Same.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I didn't know what that stood for then I saw the picture and realized what it meant. LOOOOL
How old are you?
please go on about how you achieved so many great things when you were 16.
he is mature
wow
I will!
I can't even boil a turkey neck without settin the stove on fire.
He's 16 in that video?
I would have guessed him at 19-20....
1:46 HEY CHOJI!
its hard to watch these because i am think "what am I doing?"
