The Browns would be crazy to rush him back week one or even the first half of the season. Why risk the rest of his career when they don't need to do so. They really will need him back the second half of the season. Let this guy heal up fully. He still needs time.
@scott94inll20 you do realize why 28-30 is the average age of a rb to start declining, right? It's the amount of touches and hits they take on average. Nick isn't the average, simply because he has had Kareem behind him his entire career. Nick has never had to shoulder the load 100%, the browns have made plenty of mistakes with different players but the way they've handled Chubb and their backfield has been straight magical. Everyone's always fresh, everyone's always getting rest and off their legs, and everyone has the same goal back there. If chubb didn't suffer that freak injury last season, people would be saying chubs got atleast 5 more left in him.
@@scarecrow0774you do realize not all running backs have had two torn acls and he’s been in top 10-15 on rushing attempts every year since he’s been in the league. Doubt he’ll be in the league more than 2 more seasons. If he is effective at all this year I’d be pretty surprised
Dont care how long it takes him to recover. I want him to take his time and be 100 percent. If the Browns cant win without him for a bit then they are worthless anyways. I honestly wouldnt think it be a bad idea to take the entire season off and focus on strength and conditioning. Love this guy. Want him healthy.
I mean he isnt going to be 100 percent this year. And then what. Everyone says oh his career is over. He gets dropped from the Beowns. Recovers through the next offseason and rips it up for another team. Why does everyone have to be in a hurry all the time. Dude can not be fully healthy by even the end of this upcoming season. It takes a long time to fully heal. And he risks the chance of getting hurt again and is out anyways. Or is mediocre due to his limitations. Either way why risk him. Get healthy Chubb. If the Browns cant wait for you then go somewhere else. I love my Browns but these young guys need to think of their own careers and lives first.
@@mauriciohernandez324 even if it wasn’t deep I wouldn’t rush him. Why rush him. I dont care how strong that knee is he wont be Nick Chubb we know this year. It takes time to build confidence on a injury like that. I have had knee surgery and hand surgery. My knee was 25 years ago. Surgeries were different but that knee was weak for a long time even at strength where I was plenty good enough to do just about anything. And I was always nervous I was 1 wrong step away from disaster. He wont be any good to us this year in my opinion rushed. He will be still very good next season if he takes a full year of real true recovery. Hit that knee with a year of stem cells and weight and conditioning.
The league will only remember the last play of his career. Browns will not keep him on the payroll if he gets hurt again. Its not worth it for that young man to risk it for us Un grateful fans.
@@MaddestTrollyou didn’t have the same benefits as Chubb has being an nfl player with all the doctors, trainers, equipment, science so you can’t at all compare your knee to his you were nowhere near his body level
I’ll be satisfied if Nick is fully ready by the bye. Down the stretch is when adding Nick would be monumental. I’m waiting on the annual 500 to 600 lb squat video. Either way he looks to be ready before the bye. GO BROWNS!
I need Nick Chubb in the post season. Last thing I want is for Chubb to push it and re-injure himself. I know Nick Chubb wants to be there for his team and win. Browns need to do right by Chubb and be conservative in bringing him back. Browns team will rally and hold down the fort until he is ready to come back.
Chubb hasnt seen contact or anything football related in 9 months. Coming back just in time for the playoffs wouldnt be ideal. Halfway through the year so he can test the kneee and see some contact/speed of the game. That should have him ready to go for the playoff run
NO reason to rush! Nick will know when he is fully ready. There is absolutely no question about his toughness nor commitment. He is the quintessential Brown. We he says he’s ready, he’s ready. We’ll persevere until he returns. Go Browns!
As much as I want to see Chubb play week 1 against Dallas and I know in the back of his mind that's what he's aiming for, I'm leaning towards G. Bush I don't think he'll be ready until week 4. And if you look at the schedule, we need him more for the mid to back end of our schedule anyways. When Chubb play s, I don't want him to be a shell of himself, I want the 24 that we all know him to be, and I think asking him to be that in week 1 is not realistic. Go Browns
I been saying this from the beginning. Chubb going to need 2 years to fully cover from this injury. Will he come back to his former glory? That's another question.
Chubb is going to be like a dog in a butcher shop and the ball is the key to the front door. He is going to run through it through it. WOOF!!! WOOF!!! WOOF!!!!!

He’s 28 the rest of his career is probably 2 seasons
You bring him back when he’s ready. That’s it.

Nick has been on this journey before. He'll be just fine in his own time. Go Browns!
Just keep being Nick he is a one of one and why anything after his injury was a plus last yr

IF anyone can come back from the seriousness of this injury, N. Chubb is the man.
Usually the rehab leg comes back stronger than the other, So must be careful not to put too much pressure on the non-rehabed leg.😮

if hes ready week 1 id like to see him get 5-10 carries. definitely not a full workload till week 5

People are greatly underestimating the lose of Bill Callahan. The offensive line won't look as dominant in the run or pass as last last few years .

Week 12 if at all
There is zero chance chubb plays week 1. We gotta be realistic.
LMAO just don't ever change the name Browns we luv it too busy working two jobs for rent, tacos tattoos we never gonna complain😊
Dude can run a football yet has no balance that bad
Saying the dude with the best contact balance in the league has no balance 😂
