I didn't know that about the hot meal. I know a lot of people in my neighborhood that will make plates for the homeless if they have made to much food and don't want it to go bad 😆
What you're doing is so beautiful and powerful. I know with anyone down on luck, they are grateful for any help. Where we live, there are more fake homeless than real. Fakers be begging for anything. Then you every once in a while see them get into a vehicle. One day my neighbor (he's a cop) was patrolling an area out near our local Walmart. He watched so called homeless person holding a sign. He went to look at his computer for a moment, then looked back up. Saw the person get up and walk to the next parking lot and hop into a decent car. Then he opted to follow. The person drove to some apartment building and the cop videod this action and took to his leadership. After several watched, the person got arrested as apparently acting homeless is illegal where we at.
But for the true unfortunate homeless / down on luck folks in your area, it's so loving what you do. God continue to bless this glorious path you're walking. ❤️❤️
Hi! Im also in the Austin area and I know our homeless population is large. Are you bringing the bags to a certain place, or are you just handing them out on the street. I would love to get into doing the bags as well! You are doing a wonderful thing for our community!!
Every time I go out I grab 3-4 bags and hand them out. No matter where I go in Austin I see a couple. If I go to an area I know is heavily populated with the homeless, I will grab more. That's awesome. Praise Jesus!!!
