sir my all setting ok but whene i select massaging app i can't select WhatsApp. blur coming and not visible whatsapp button. there is Written (ads that direct to WhatsApp can be created after several weeks of flowing our policy.) 10 mounth finish setup my Instagram business account.how can i solve? plz😂😂😂
Sonali You got to switch to a business or professional account in order to have that option Go to settings> Account> Switch account type…. I hope that help 👍
I just tried this way of setting up my Insta to WA ad But I notice when I am clicking on Send Message button to test it, it goes to PlayStore's WhatsApp page....instead of opening WhatsApp Business account..even when my no is connected and from Homepage of my IG account it is working perfectly ..😪
how do you make it have pre generated messages for the customer to send? we're getting lots of clicks but no one is messaging us

Why does WhatsApp link take time to appear once the campaign starts running?

This is a much higher-level, automated campaign. If you need more control this wouldn’t be the campaign for you.

Not sure exactly what your issue is. We did have to wait a few days before it showed up, but otherwise we didn’t have any issues seeing WhatsApp
What if we didn’t see that WhatsApp contact option in edit profile option. What to do for that ?
Honestly not sure why you may not be seeing it. Possibly could be slowly rolling out to all accounts.

Mine it goes to whatsapp but nothing happens in there. Have you fix your problem?
