Hi Sarah, if your Instagram Account is a business account, it should be there. Have you checked if it really is? or Have you tried updating your Instagram App?

There could be many reasons. One main one could be that the account is already linked to another Page. Need to check all your settings to ensure that nothing is connected.
Hi usually you need to wait. Don't request the code too many times. When you request three codes, make sure all three codes arrive and use the latest one. Just be patient for the latest code to arrive before you put in the code.

In order to minimize linking account problems, it would be better to use just one device when doing the process. This way, Instagram will suggests which WhatsApp account you would like to connect it with.
