I've solved this by 3 possible solutions: 1: switching the driver to a standalone in the driver manager, 2: replugging the device or restarting the computer, 3: installing the 2.5 usb2 driver for amd (also you can try a different cable)
still no. After re-installing my PC with windows 10 it only happen every third time i turn it on. but when it does i just take out the cable and put i back in. It's only a temporary fix but it does the trick

I get that randomly aswell, its a driver bug all you have to do is right click disable the audio in windows and re enable it.
for me, turning off direct monitor on the physical interface worked
I have this same issue... Plugging it out and in usually fixes it but it happens so often it is VERY annoying.
Hey did you fix it have the same problem
Go AllSliced I forgot where I found them, but I downloaded the Beta drivers I believe and it basically fixed it.

Seems like this is a common issue with this interface. I'm definitely getting a new one ASAP.
"Have you tried turning it off and on again?" That usually fixes mine. This occurs when my laptop goes into sleep mode and then back again.
it's only works when I restart windows
+Poul Larsen have you fixed it yet?
