    I disagree with JT on Lamar missing likely on that corner route. The corner was still in position to contest or even pick that ball off if it’s thrown. The only thing I could imagine it being is a makeup call for the hold they called on Tristan Wirfs the previous series for the Bucs which led to then only kicking a fielg goal. 4:04 The Ravens got the look they wanted
    I think the pass is for Zay and Lamar had him.
    1. Justice pulls the LB out of position and the safety by coming out the backfield.
    2. CB and Safety both got to likely.
    If Lamar was ready to hit Zay on that route Zay could have possible turned it into A TD.

He dabbing the other team and always smiling. I feel like it just clicked this year and he realized it’s not just him having to be special but having to be consistent and understanding you can’t win every play (even tho he wins more than any guy should) he has no issue throwing it out of bounds, ticking the ball on a sack. Sprinting infront of Henry to block. They guy is just playing his heart out and it’s apparent how much he’s enjoying this year

    I HATE how much Lamar is getting hit this year. He clearly wants that chip more this year and is putting his body on the line more, but you can only take so many hits. Two blatant full speed defenders going helmet first into the side of his head and the NFL medical staff never checked on him.

    It's almost as if Lamar Jackson videos are more useful for teaching a defensive player on what an athletic QB can do to you and what to beware of. Try teaching a QB to play like Lamar? Are you Lamar? No? Then I'm not sure if his tape can teach you much except what you can't do.

    😂😂😂 bro can we stop pretending other qbs in the nfl run anything like lamar? Just stop his vision, speed elusiveness and ability to fight through arm tackles is 1 of 1 nobody in the nfl runs inside gap runs with their qb. Nobody in the nfl even ran the option plays until lamar. Man changed the game, and has carried sorry offenses for years. You cant critique lamars game like any other qb, he can do shit and adds different layers to an offense that no other qb can do.

      I mean in almost every video-including this one-he says "Lamar is the only guy who can do X." (See 8:14, for example: "There just aren't HUMANS that move like Lamar Jackson does right here.")

    Let’s say Lamar takes a step back athletically when he turns 30+. Would you still view him as elite?

    • @peterg6953
      @peterg6953 Месяц назад

      That happens with everyone. Father time conditions us all so 30+ 40+ 50+ is irrelevant. And as far as elite, we are all subject to the present. He IS elite, and that is in part due to his current athleticism.
      What is going on now is cementing his legacy as one of the greatest QB's of all time. Do you view Arnold Schwarznegger as "elite" or maybe even Ronnie Coleman, Michael Jordan, and so on? Probably not right now in their current form, but only because that is human condition of mortality. And even considering that, we all know how great these people were in their prime.
      Sit back and enjoy.

      @@peterg6953 I think you’re overthinking it. He’s a back to back MVP winner of course he’s elite right now. I’m just wondering if he can maintain this level of greatness. Mahomes almost certainly will because his type of QB doesn’t see regression until they’re 35 or so. Running QBs start to regress around 29. Will it be different with Lamar because he’s the best to ever do it? Probably. I’m just curious to see what JT thinks. Most of Lamar’s elite plays come from his legs, will be able to adjust when he can no longer make defenders look like high schoolers?
