Bohot msst tha bhaiyaa.... Aaj tk isko keval ratta maara tha is topic ko... Aaj conceptually feel aaya.... Ab to baith ke pdha dunga apne junior ko😅...thank you so much bhaiyaa...
Thank you so much sir. You're really a great tutor and your videos help me to understand biology and its utmost beauty and makes it even more interesting. Sir i guess the answer is 20ml and 5 ml respectively. Every 100ml delivers 5ml of blood to tissues and po2 in tissues is 40mmHg. That means hb saturation is 75% and hence blood delivered must be 25%. 5 is 25% of 20 that means 100ml blood carries 20ml O2. Now pO2 in oxygenated blood is 95mmHg and hb saturation is 100 % so it carries 20ml O2 and pO2 in deoxygenated blood is 40 and hb saturation is 75% so it carries 5ml blood!
Graph is not straight because binding of oxygen is not only depending on partial pressure of Oxygen but also depend on high pH ( low H + concentration) , low pCO2 and low temperature 🙂 Sir it's wrong or right..?? And also values of pO2 and pCO2 varry...
Straight line graph nhi h oxygen binding to Hb and partial pressure of O2 kyu ki it also inversely depends on Pco2 , H+ concentration and temperature. Thanks sir ❣️.
100ml Oxygenated blood.where 40deoxygenated if 4 Hb O2 ÷40=10 & if we consider 60 of Oxygenated thn 4 Hb O2÷60=15.thn 5 ml of tissue -15ml O2=10.•••10 of Oxygenated +10 of Deoxygenated =20.... Sir I think this way but what's correct way u will absolutely define.
I think.....Oxygenated blood me O2 ka partial pressure 95 mmhg h or deoxygenated me 40 mm of hg h to 45 mmhg ka pressure difference h...or 45mmhg pressure pe near about 75% oxygen saturation h(acc to curve)..to 75% of 20=15ml...that's why 15 ml02/100ml of blood goes to vein and rest 5 ml to tissue
Presence of CO increases the affinity of oxygen very high towards carboxyhaemoglobin ,and oxygen binds irreversibly with oxygen and due to this unloading of oxygen towards tissue not occur , that's why curve shift towards left ! 😇
thanku so much sir for making very easy and clear for me
You're most welcome! 😇

sir I have a doubt....
why the presence of carbon monoxide shifts the dissociation curve left?
Presence of CO increases the affinity of oxygen very high towards carboxyhaemoglobin ,and oxygen binds irreversibly with oxygen and due to this unloading of oxygen towards tissue not occur , that's why curve shift towards left ! 😇
