The in-game footage of GTA V for PC has been captured in 4K resolution (3840x2160) with most of the graphics settings maxed out, while the footage from PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS3 has been recorded with the same device using default settings.
The resolutions of the clips from PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 have been resized to 1080p to match the rest of the video.

The biggest difference isn't even shown here. The PC version can run at above 60 fps.
The console versions run at 30 fps.

Is impressive how amazingly the game looked on ps3 and xbox, was mind blowing, the graphics are starting to show it's age, but the overall quality still holding up really good. Props to Rockstar's devs.

Almost 7 years later and it still holds up fairly well on PC, though it's lacking pn last gen that's clear, but current gen do a pretty good job as well.

People need to know to see the higher detail of pc textures the video needs to be uncompressed, If people think this is an accurate depiction think again. Also the pc in this comparison isn't even using nvidia shadows where the shadow blurs depending the distance of the source. If you want to run this game cheap don't get ps4 get a pc for 400 bucks as it will run the same plus it is a pc and you can have mods, as well as being able to change the graphics and see your frame rate means a lot to me.

The PS3 and Xbox 360 both had just 512 MB Ram. The fact that this game doesn't just run, but manages to look presentable is a miracle and an amazing job on rockstars side.

Im using a (Gigabyte) gtx 770 2GB single vg248qe and it pretty much handles anything I can throw at it max settings max rez.The olny time it has problems is when a game is ported from consoles and its crapply optimized.
And when I bought the 770 2 years about when it was a few months old I paid 300 for it so half the price of a "nextgen" console now you can get them for about 200 bucks and under 200 if you by used...So yeah you can buy a titan but unless you are using quad monitors (which is stupid) you are not going to max it out for another 6-10 years.There's a price threshold where you stop paying for performance and start future proofing and beyond that your just wasting money.

Look don't confuse me for a console fanboy, I just sold all my consoles for a PC. Not ALL PC are better so stop saying PC's are better, some PC's are better. A PC with a single core chip with its stock graphics cannot run GTA V at all, but a PS4 and even a PS3 can! Some people are on a budget and a console is the best choice for them, don't make claims like this. Not hating or anything :)

All other setting like dynamic contrast ect to off

Turn off sharpness completely. Every TV is different. The sweet spot is either 0, 1, or 10 typically. Sharpness is just post processing EE trickery that fakes sharpness.
