The side steps, the painted fenders, and the grill are not optional, they are standard on the Outer Banks. The brush guard is actually the only option you mentioned.
@@GaudinX no worries, it took me a while to sort it all out and order mine correctly! Then it took me a month working with others to get the order submitted correctly.
Guys you really need to do your homework I am a service advisor at a Ford dealership and I have an outer banks on order. Everything you stated being optional on the Outer Banks is actually STANDARD except the front bull bar... and Ford just announced about a week ago that the actual horsepower for the 2.7 L is 330, and 300 for the 2.3 L come on guys let’s get it together....
I’ve been notified by other commenters as well. When the video was made Ford has just released the updated power figures. I misstated two standard features. We weren’t allowed to drive the vehicles and barely had anytime to be in the vehicles without loads of customers being in the room as well. There wasn’t much time to do homework considering I have other vehicles to push out that require more in-depth reviews. I understand I under stated the power figures and messed up on two options. I try my hardest to make sure the videos are accurate as possible. Please cut me and other creators some slack. The Bronco has many options and trim levels and it isn’t easy to remember every feature and statistic. I will try and make sure to be more accurate next time.
The hp/tq numbers you provided were the original "projected" numbers. The official numbers are out now... brush guard has also been redesigned from this pre-production version.
Don’t need comments about which engine he wouldn’t get! Mine will have the 4 cylinder which is in the Mustang and has plenty of grunt and aftermarket performance parts.
The Outer Banks Edition in this video doesn't have the advanced 4x4, which comes standard with a locking rear differential. The standard 4x4 doesn't have a locking rear differential standard, it's optional without the advanced 4x4. Just so people realize that there are some differences. Also, there is a difference between the high package and the lux package. So is it a high package or a lux package? You said the Outer Banks was both a high package and a lux package, I suspect it was a lux package.
What did you order? I ordered a 2.7 V6 10 speed automatic 2 door Outer Banks Edition Bronco lux package with Carbonized Gray Metallic paint and the Roast interior. It has the advanced 4x4, 4.27 limited slip rear diff, and towing package options.
@@sappyjohnson not yet, it's contracted through military auto sales for December delivery, so I don't expect a VIN for a while, but it was accepted by Ford.
Yes, mute the video because I called painted fender flares an option. I quoted power figures before Ford updated them (which they aren't wrong because those were the correct figures as long as you use regular fuel and not premium.) The bull bar also had been changed within days of this video going up, which means it changed after it was filmed.

Didn’t realize. Thank you 👍

Next time do your homework!
The outer banks has 2.3 not a 2.7 the one that has a 2.7 is the Wildtrak
@@joer9777 you can order either engine in the Outer Banks, just for clarification, but it's an $1895 upgrade.
Man!! Some of you in the comment section act so infallible and brutal. You did a wonderful job explaining the vehicles. Thank you for your time.

The Black Diamond comes with rock sliders instead of side steps, better for using it off road...

Just realized. The i4 will make 300 HP and 325 lbft and the v6 will make 330 HP and 415 lbft of torque.
The chip shortage is killing me
Believe me it’s killing me too
They’ve already corrected the Brush Guard. Many weeks ago btw.
Beautiful!
Agreed!
The brush guard deal was corrected, they said in the production models it was gonna be raised so you can see Bronco
Yup
Isn’t the black diamond a higher trim than the outerbanks?? 🤔
Outerbanks lux vs a base black diamond
No
No it’s not...

the 2.3 is still a great engine!

Did anyone hear what colour the dark one was? It looked like shadow black but I've been fooled before.
It is Shadow Black :)

Black Diamond is by far more of an offroader compared to the outerbanks. And it wasnt an automatic it was a manual
When did I ever say the Black Diamond had an Auto in it? I clearly said it had a manual and even showed the manual transmission on screen.
Smh man idk about these trucks no more, I only seen people from Ford driving them
