Missing the point of a car hack
It’s not what you pay monthly while owning it….
It’s what you have paid monthly AFTER you sell it. Ex 3 years driving, 36 months
~$15,000 is how much you can sell for less than you paid and that would be about $400/month to have drove it

If i buy a car for 50k, owe 1k a month, and sell it a year later for 45k, i essentially only spent 5k to own it for a year. Even though i paid 12 grand in payments and potentially whatever else i had to put down, i only come out of pocket 5k + the interest after everything is said and done

a year later you would spend 12k and not even recieve any money back from selling it. if the car was 50k after taxes and fees you would be financing around 60k or so.
each payment of 1k only $100-$120 will go to principle on the car. the rest literally goes to interest. (profits for bank)

(I didn't follow this video intentionally BUT I will say that this video is very accurate) --
I've had no issues with the car. Rare MSO options / Elite color spec and 24k miles
The milage was pretty high, but in some cases its a good thing as a car shouldn't sit when its several years old.
a little bit higher milage can go a long way to have good car reliability in the long run.

Enjoyed the video. Beautifully spec'd 570S. Looks like maybe Silica White. Exact car I have except I do have the track pack you mentioned with the P1 buckets and the Alcantara interior with CF interior package. Just added the Novitec wing last week. Just pay cash, forget the financing and enjoy one of the best driving experiences you will ever have!

Just an FYI addendum to your video, there is no 2015 570S, they started out as a 2016 model in the USA.

$400/month for an exotic car while i am paying $670/mnth for my Honda Accord
Difference is the Accord is most likely a daily (10-15k miles a year)
The exotics are maybe 5-7k miles and short term ownership. The monthly will be high, no doubt, BUT when you get out of it and do the numbers. The car would have cost you less than the Accord.
You'd essentially need to be comfortable with a $1k+/monthly payment and keep hacking through cars. At the end of it all, it's preserving the monthly payments in the minimally depreciating value of the car.

Think about this for a sec though since we are no longer in 2019 and nobody’s getting that 2.9% interest rate anymore.
National average rate is 12.6 percent as of last month while good borrowers can qualify at around 6-7 percent. And let’s say you are in the middle and paying 10% interest.
Assuming the vehicle retains its value over the entirety of ownership. However. Interest on the loan still needs be paid.
For example,
$145k for a 2017 mclaren 570s with 40k down, 100k loan
100k loan = 10k interest annually or 833/month in interest
$30k Nissan, 10k down with 20k loan
20k = 2k interest annually.
Just look at the numbers and figure out what suits your current lifestyle better.
Well let's consider the fact that if those driving the Nissan and those driving the McLaren aren't the same... Compare like to like, aspiring supercar to supercar driver.
U need to get your credit right before u get in an exotic bro, don’t be a dummy. If you’re credit is right u can get it at 6% and get a loan over 144 months, you’ll only be in the car for probably 6 to 10 months
Interest doesnt work the way you think it does. Your interest rate on your nissan wont be the same as your interest rate on an exotic. The lending algorithm factors in a lot of other variables into the final loan and members are still get normal interest rates. The course and PJs other resources go over credit, how to present the loan proposition to various lenders, and a million other things you can do. Plenty of members getting below 7% which isnt a big deal for a car youre owning for 6-12 months. And what your calculation does account for is all the external benefits from a 150k mclaren vs a 30k nissan. Countless stories of people making their money back from the networking alone.

Why would anyone want monthly payments
250k the payment should be about $2,400 a month. At $400 a month you need about 70 years to pay it off. This makes no sense do the math
I just got 2000 status for my c8 z06. 2-3 months i should have the car but unfortunately i got hurt at work and im on workman's comp. I still bring home the same amount as if i worked 40hr week. I have excellent credit 800 , make over 100k, and have under 2% utilization on CC. What banks and hacks if any you have as suggestions? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Words of wisdom. don't buy a 570, get instead a brand new Porsche 911 that you can daily for the next 40 years without going bankrupt or taking out colleterial on your home just to pay the repair bills.
I've owned a 570S for 3 years and do all my own maintenance. It's no harder and not much more money to do basic maintenance than a 911, it just takes a bit longer and you need to look a bit harder to find the parts online. I spend around $1k per annum on maintenance, which includes the major transmission/clutch fluid and filters service. The biggest saving comes from only buying cars that you don't need to finance. I could sell this car for more than I have in it.
Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe 911s also are difficult to maintain but not many people who are not rich car enthusiasts buy them so they shell out a ton on paying maintenance anyway.

Nissan payment =$500/month with pure depreciation roughly around $200/month.
Nissan payment is full depreciation because it's a lease. So you lose every dollar.
