Dear Synth Lovers! Soundset is here: lfo.sellfy.store/p/roland-d-50-linear-legacy-soundset/ Demo made with 100% internal effects & sound from D-50. Also Working: Boutique D-05,D-550,Roland Cloud Vst Version!
Definitely “legacy”, but also definitely pretty. Would really love for someone to put together a preset bank for the D-50 that aspires to get more modern sounds out of it.
@@Jason75913personally, I'd disagree. I've only played with the VST a little bit and my D-110 a bit more. You can at least do more than pads with both. Just takes more work to do so. If you can make things like the Prophet-5/10 sound like... Not something from the late 70s, you could do the same with the D-50 too and make it sound not like something from the late 80s.
@@Jason75913 I don't think I care enough to do it with a D-50. I'm making sounds with my D-110 here and there. Also, dream? It's not that hard if you use a software editor.
Great video! Thanks for information! Could you please write me, can I control the Roland D-05 with the buttons of the Roland VR-09, and how should I connect them to each other? The buttons on the Roland D-05 are small and not very convenient to switch. So I want to control the buttons of my Roland VR-09

The sound design limitations are too much for that, you are far, far better off getting a modern rompler like Integra-7 or MC-707.
