What makes Alex's synth videos better than the others is that he doesn't just show the sound of the synthesizers, he used it to make great music. Nothing beats that. My favourite Demo in this video is Demo 4: Bucket and Fade. Great video, Alex!

Thank you. Glad the enthusiasm came through. 🙂
This is an amazing video! Thank you for all the detailed and thorough work :)
Faces : Roland : Vangelis : : : : : : : Total sensory overload and I still haven't got to the end of the video. Alex, you're a star.
Love it. My band mate has one of these. He also has the actual system 100m that was owned by Ian Craig Marsh. We used the 100 in particular quite a bit on our first album (The JDs - Education). Your video does great justice to a phenomenal instrument.
Great video Alex! Love the System 100. Have one as well (minus speakers) and am blown away by the phatness of the oscillators and the sonic possibilities. Nothing can really come close to that 70s tone I find. It was a toss up for me to either keep an SH5 or the S100, but kept the S100 as I prefer the semi-modular patching capabilities + sequencer and mixer. Would love to see a video comparison between the two someday!
Didn't realise that you had a System!
Yeah, worth keeping for all the goodies, as much as the SH-5 filter is amazing.
love that 70's Roland green
Your depth of knowledge is rivaled only by the amazing timbres you coax out of these lovely machines.
