weel it looks pretty neat to me, have you ever thought in polishing and applying a nano-coating? Heard it's the best finish you can give to a car's paint
What kind of rims do you have for your Saab 9-3 2004? I really like them and I was wondering if I can get them myself. keep up the good work and thanks for all the content especially now that im a new owner of a saab 9-3
Good job..Nice and shiny. The only small job is your bleached black plastic....great result with turtle wax for black plastic...Tranformed my mirrors, wiperblad case as new. Water resistant too
I have not thankfully. I have very minor rust underneath on both cars. Wont get any worse due to where I live thankfully, so I’m not worried about it. I think ChrisFix has some good videos on fixing rust
Clear all DTC codes with your Tech2 and see if the airbag codes comes back. They where probabily generated when you disconnected the airbag without disconnecting the battery.
Hey bro been watching your channel since it began. I’m from Australia. Bit unrelated but just after a recommendation for coil packs. Want to buy new but it’s tough to find genuine SAAB coils. Do you know of any aftermarket replacements that would do the trick?
I bought aftermarket coils and I had misfiring problems. The car wasnt boosting to full potential. Replaced with genuine parts (pricey) but worth it as the car is good as new
Nope, sorry. OEM or bust on those!! Unfortunately I don’t know much about parts suppliers down where you’re from. There might be a good Australia saab FB group you could join tho
@@AutoAutopsy That't nice to hear. A little like people from your generation preferring 50 year old ProgRock to contemporary music. There is still hope for Humaity!!!
The airbag error code thing could be because you didn’t disconnect the battery before disconnecting the airbag. I don’t know specifically about Saab but i have always been told and taught to always disconnect the battery and letting the car sit for a moment or two before messing with anything airbag related (like the gauge cluster in Volvos also know as “DIM”).
@@AutoAutopsy Its all I offer. $3000-$4000 is my average Ceramic Coating Detail that I charge. I've heard of product company but never heard of this product. After watching your video, here are my professional thoughts... 1. This is made by Hydro Silex and its part of Ceramic Coating Company that doesn't make their own Ceramic Coating but they are just a Marketing Company along with not having a good reputation. 2. On the Hydro Silex website talking about this product, no one is wearing gloves which shows this is not a Ceramic Coating. 3. Your application method was incorrect. You need to fold the Microfiber towel in 4's, apply the product in a Cross Hatch Method for even coverage. 4. The Hydro Silex site says this will last 6 Months Proven, I laughed at that claim because knowing this Company, this "Ceramic Coating Wipe" will probably last 1-2 washes. 5. This is not a Ceramic Coating, but just more false Marketing, once again from this company.
@Jx Po A Repaint is no guarantee to having a nearly flawless paint job. I've seen $40,000 great paint jobs get ruined after they detailed the vehicle. My $4000+ Ceramic Coating Protection Services include a Full Paint Correction (30+hours), Wheels Off Ceramic Coating, Interior Detailing with Interior Ceramic Coating, Glass Ceramic Coating Protection. These type of intensive details and higher services can take 1 week to even 2 weeks to complete. For example I have a 2010 Lotus Evora in my Detailing Salon that a client drove his Lotus from California to Washington State where my shop is at. To get my premium services there is a premium price tag.
@@audiovideotech9777 I laugh at all the false "ceramic" this and "ceramic" that being thrown around in the detailing world. If the product you apply (coating) is less than 100 USD for a small 30ml bottle, then it's not an actual coating, but a sealer or worst case just wax. I don't bother applying coating to my cars after paint correction since I never own them for too long, but I use Soft99 Fusso sealer which is insanely good for the price. Will last 6-12 months even with washing it every week. But not on the level of a proper coating in any way. Chemical guys hydro slick "ceramic coating hyper wax" is the worst offender yet. I detailed my car fully, 2 stage paint correction etc., thought I could try this product. It lasted 1 wash before the water would sheet, and 2 washes and it would stick to the paint. Completely useless product.
In before the “professional” detailers rip me apart for something I apparently did wrong 😂 give the video a like and subscribe if you enjoyed!!

yep, i've used trim restorer in the past. gotta do it again!
Looks great!!
F11 product was the break-in commercial on your video....strange....
lol!
Have you had any surface rust issues in the fenders? Or do you one what someone would do to fix such a thing? Trying to come up with a good solution.

@@AutoAutopsy ok. I'll go watch those. I have some rust caused by road salt that I want to get fixed before it gets worse.
Good idea. Best to stay on top of it!
the airbag light "should" go away after a while. its usually because you unplugged the airbag when the battery was connected.
hopefully; it still hasn't lol. I reset the codes too. Guess we'll see
Sparkling! 🤘
thanks!
I like the speckle paint job! How much was it?
See this video: ruclips.net/video/PmXhlOjsU-s/видео.html ; depends on what paint you get

i did; maybe I'll try reconnecting the battery
You should try some Swedish detailing products like Tershine
i'll have to look into them

I like your channel as I see you realy love your Saabs🙂
Yes I do!
Nice man, the best for your colour, reggards
Thank you! Cheers!
Just curious. Which cars do your friends and other people your age drive, and what do they think about your Saabs?
If my friends are enthusiasts, they mostly drive saabs. If they aren't enthusiasts, most drive basic econoboxes lol. But they like the car!

Looks GREAT 👍
What is the official Saab color of that car? I think the one that I just got for my son is the same.
Thanks 👍 Midnight blue; only offered on the NG in 2003
I MISS SAAB SO MUCH 😭😭😭
:(((((
It's perfect! Don't worry! Very good job! ;))
