You should add port and starboard thrusters to move into ports that don’t have enough clearance for your tanker, it’d have helped you when you crashed the rear into harbor.

A neat addition you could prob add to the tanker is a dial which display the tanker's estimated fuel remaining in minutes or hours based on the average fuel consumption at cruise speed.

Also, you could put storage there like stuff to fix the ship and weapons and stuff
And below the bridge you could put your personal quarters there

Yay he finaly added rope ancors. but i think you should add a life boat to the back area. and under the bridge you could have a med bay type situation.

The flat area behind the bridge of the oil tanker. Maybe build a cabin with a bed there or put a bed there, or a nice terrace. (I haven’t been following stormworks updates, maybe they added hammocks you can sleep in, and put that there)

fill in the area with a fuel boom that swings out to reach the ocean oil rigs. Also extend the wall so the doors don't clip into walls.

maybe add a rezerve steering wheel? with a bunch of cams of course or u would see nothing like incase the tanker catches fire u can stil kinda controll it?
