The scarab itself have insane regeneration, so eventually it could possibly repair itself and take over blue beetles to conquer the earth.

If you actually watched the show, the blue scarab was “corrupted” by magic cast by various sorcerers when it crashed to earth, so it didn’t overtake the host and become loyal to the Reach. However, Green Beetle, who pretends to be free of his scarab’s control due to shapeshifting, offers to “deactivate” the blue scarab for Jaime. Except, since he’s actually under the Reach’s control, he reboots it and it comes back “on mode” and functions as originally designed. In an alternate timeline, Jaime is never freed from the scarab’s control and becomes a vicious enforcer like Black Beetle. That’s the timeline Bart is from and manages to prevent - at the cost of killing Wally.

Workers actually made better and successful plans than NightWing did, and hell if you place the Strawhat Pirates in the Young Justice cartoon series even they would make better plans than NightWing does, so no both Batman and NightWing in Young Justice are terrible leaders, and the only true great Batman leaders are Terry McGinnis, Tim Drake, (Batman Beyond), and Helena Wayne, (Huntress), and besides them none of the other Batfamily members are great leaders, and it’s one of the many many reasons on why manga are outperforming comics in the West nowadays.
